The calm is over, let the fracas begin. Again. What am I talking about? It’s simple, my mom is on her way back to Montega, and, since she’s the only person on the entire earth who can keep my dad in check, there goes the peace and quiet. I mean, right now, by some stroke of genius, she’s got Daddy tolerating Aaron and me being together. Which is no small feat. And then there’s Rosanna. Mom’s done as much damage control there as she can, now it’s all up to Rosanna. I wish she’d move back to Fairwinds so she and Daddy and I can start living like a family. But she’s still so angry with him. When Mom was last here, she told Rosanna to be a friend to me; before she left this time, she asked Aaron and I to be a friend to Rosanna. So we made her this wreath of flowers and crowned her as our angel (corny, I know, but whatever... it’s not like we have any cash of our own to go out and get her something really cool). Anyway, I thought she would burst into tears she was so touched by our stupid flower crown. She says she wants to come home to Daddy and me someday but right now it’s too soon and she can’t let Daddy off the hook that easily. And then she got all weird about mistakes she’s made, too. Whatever. The past is over with. Aaron and I forgive her for whatever random screw-ups she claims to have made. I mean, how bad could any of it be? It’s not like she killed somebody...
