Lucy Montgomery, Junior Detective, reporting for duty!

Lucy Montgomery, Junior Detective, reporting for duty! The worst thing in the world is feeling helpless when people you love are in trouble. And all of us here have just been freaking out, worrying about Aunt Lily and Rose who are still missing. But today, there was a break in the case and I’m the one who broke it (can you believe it? This is so exciting, I may even get through a whole blog entry without complaining for a change)! The clue was the name Tommy Stout and while everyone was making a mental list of bad guys, inmates, whoever, with that name, me with my head in the clouds was thinking (drum roll, please!) nursery rhymes. I thought I remembered a rhyme with that name so I used Grandmother’s PDA to look it up, and it was just the lead we were looking for! Such a rush! Now everyone’s thinking Lily and Rose are trapped in a well on a farm. I know, I know, it’s a little bit of a stretch, but if we’re right, who cares? And after all the times Aaron’s been my own personal hero, it was kind of a cool girl power thing to be able to be his hero for a change, and Holden’s, too. Right now, Aaron and I are still on the case. We’re at WOAK checking viewer calls to see if it’s turned up any more leads. We’ve got all of Oakdale looking for this well! This is Detective Lucy Montgomery signing off......................................

You know, I miss the good old days when things were easy. Like when I was a fugitive hiding out on college campuses. Even jail is looking pretty good right now. Anyhow, tonight was priceless. Em and I were plotting how to get me out of my mom’s house before her POTENTIAL SERIAL KILLER LIVE-IN BOYFRIEND Dr. Rick decides to add me to his hit list, when in walks my mom who reports that Dr. Rick was just rushed to the hospital because someone tried to kill HIM!! Flash to Alison, having an open mouth, insert foot moment. I mean, I felt SOOOOO bad and Mom did a brilliant job of letting me wallow in guilt. So, Em and I had a mini conference and decided this is so not the night to bring up the topic of my moving out. And if that’s not drama enough, then Hal goes all I’m-a-detective-check-out-my-shiny-badge, and grills me about my whereabouts when Dr. Rick was attacked to see if I was with Chris or Gordo because, get this: he thinks MY CHRIS could be the killer! Hello? Is that not the MOST OUTRAGEOULSY STUPID THEORY you’ve ever heard!? Just look at Chris: he’s way too cute to be a murderer. And as if things couldn’t get worse, I go to Chris trying to be all supportive and he tells me to stay away from him so that I won’t become a target. (Um, well, actually there’s something strangely romantic about that.) But I don’t want to stay away from Chris!!! This murder mystery is definitely cramping my social life. I’ll totally keep you all posted.
