Beth Chamberlin (Beth, GL): I actually had a job as a bartender years ago. I didn't know how to mix a lot of drinks, and I didn't realize this was a bar that did all these specialty drinks. So I got the job by lying and then once I got the job, people were asking for all these things like Singapore Slings and Golden Cadillacs. I really basically figured out how to make them based on the color. Singapore Sling, I know that's kind of pink, so let's make a pink drink. And I got so good at it, they started calling me at home to ask me how to make drinks, and I'd go, "That must be blue…" If she walked into this bar tonight, Lorelei would definitely take a big shot of bourbon with a beer chaser. Beth, on the other hand, would probably have a glass of chardonnay.

Erin Torpey (Jessica) and on-screen biological mom Ilene Kristen (Roxanne)

Erin Torpey (Jessica, OLTL): I've bartended before but not professionally. I love it. I love making Cosmos. I put in alcohol, alcohol, alcohol and a dash of the rest.

Eden Riegel (Bianca, AMC): This is still only my third time bartending, but I like to be challenged. I like it when people ask me for things that I've never heard of, and then I have to ask all the guys who really know and I get to mix up little concoctions. I remember last time I had a really good time making a Cosmo with all the cranberries and fun stuff. I think I put enough alcohol in that nobody knows the difference. Of course, Bianca doesn't drink, you know, because she had one bad experience. She's very mature; she's more mature than I am.

Ty Treadway (Troy, OLTL): I make a mean apple martini and margaritas. For Colin, though, his drink of choice is probably a Red Death -- all I know about that drink is make it red and make it strong. Nobody ever complains when it's red and strong. And I guess Troy is probably a Jack Daniels kind of guy. I'm not sure what he was drinking out in the bush in Africa. He probably drank whatever he could in Africa.

Lindsey Mckeon (Marah, GL): I don't know how to bartend, but I am extremely excited. I am going to be making the simplest of drinks and probably pouring extra large shots.

Catherine Hickland (Lindsay), Ty Treadway (Troy), and Hillary B. Smith (Nora)

Catherine Hickland (Lindsay, OLTL): I actually love tending bar, it's really fun and the people are great. I wouldn't want to do it for a living, but I really, really, really love it. I would do it any time. I don't have a drink specialty. If someone asks for a Rum and coke? Perfect. Beer? Better. Wine? Best! As for Lindsay, she would have vanilla vodka and orange juice, otherwise known as a creamsickle.

Jennifer Roszell (Eleni, GL): Unfortunately, people who order drinks from me are going to get a little more conversation than they bargained for. Something along the lines of, "So, what's in that? How do you make that?" If she walked in here right now, Eleni would order some ouzo, 'cause she'd be a little homesick for Greece right about now, with all the trouble with her daughter. She'd probably like to knock a couple back. I have to say though, this story is so much fun, I'm having a blast. The three of us have so much fun working together. They're really good in the casting office about picking Coopers with a sense of humor, because we all get along great. My theory on Marina's red hair is that it was the California sun that bleached out her hair.

Hillary B. Smith (Nora, OLTL): Nora would order either scotch on the rocks or a martini, straight up, four olives. Me, I've never done this mixing drinks before. I think I've intoxicated half of the bar.
