Will admitted that the spray-painting incident was Barbara's doing. Paul was angry with Rose, saying that she put getting back at Barbara over helping his brother. Paul went to see Will and told him he understood what happened. Meanwhile, Hal told Barbara she would never get the chance to twist Will's mind again. Later, Hal found Will gone, but he tracked Will down and served Barbara with a restraining order. Later, Barbara hired a hit man to kill Rose. By the end of the day, however, Barbara changed her mind and went off to try to stop him. Later, Dusty encountered Rose and told her that he still cared for her and he was available if she ever needed him. Meanwhile, Molly found Dusty and Rose in a warm moment. Later, Paul called Rose to the church to make things right and Paul and Rose said they trusted each other. Molly called Paul and warned Paul that it was not over between Rose and Dusty. Paul was then visited by imaginary James, who told him that it was time for him to do something "definitive" about Dusty. Later, Rose and Dusty entered Dusty's room and found Paul waiting for them there. Paul told Dusty and Rose that he wanted to be friends. Later, Barbara tried to track down the hit man and call off the hit. Barbara got to Cal's Den just as the hit man prepared to kill Rose and Mitzi. Barbara pleaded with him to call off the job. Meanwhile, Paul told Molly about finding Rose and Dusty in Dusty's hotel room. Later, Rose got a threatening call. When Rose told Paul, he suggested Rose move in with him. Meanwhile, Dusty thought Paul was lying about finding an apartment there for him and Rose. Dusty told Lily that Paul lied to Rose about the apartment in Paris. Later, Lily went to Rose and demanded to know if Paul had a lease or not. Paul produced the lease and demolished Dusty's theory. Molly discovered a voice alternator, and confronted Paul about it. Molly considered telling Dusty nothing, but ended up telling him about finding the alternator. Later, Paul ended up telling Rosanna that he was the one that threatened Rose. Later, when Rose went to her car to escape from Dusty, it was trashed with the words "Die Rose Die" written across it. Rose accused Dusty of trashing her car, and Dusty blamed Paul. Later, a mildly suspicious Rose went through Paul's things in search of the voice changer but Paul stopped her, giving her a wedding present. Later, Crater found the bat used to vandalize Rose's car in the back of Paul's car. Rose questioned Mitzi about the vandalism and Mitzi denied. She then told Rose she was going back to Atlantic City. Later, Rose got paperwork from the bank and saw that there was something wrong with the books from the Roller Palace. Rose wondered if Mitzi has been stealing from her. Rose confronted Mitzi and Mitzi confessed she used the money for gambling. Rose said that their friendship was over and threatened to turn her in. Meanwhile, Barbara and Will agreed to get together in the morning. The next day, Barbara waited for her secret assignation with Will but Hal met her instead. Hal ordered her away from Will and then suspected her of being the one who threatened Rose. Emily suggested Hal put a tail on Barbara. Molly told Hal about Crater finding the bat and gloves in Paul's trunk. Crater told Rose he had proof that Paul was responsible for the threats against her. Rose refused to believe him. Later, Molly convinced Hal to get a search warrant and they headed to Rose's to search his trunk. Paul showed them the way, but the trunk was empty. Later, Dusty came into Metro with a gym bag containing the bat and gloves and vowed that he'd make Rose believe him. Later, at Metro, Dusty asked Molly if she went behind his back to the cops. Molly lied and acted insulted and hurt for being questioned. Crater came and told Dusty the cops knew he found the stuff in Paul's car. Dusty was on to Molly. Paul gave Rose a string of Pearls to symbolize their love and they broke at their wedding rehearsal.

Bonnie begged her mother to go see Sarah and Jessica agreed. Later, Bonnie told Tom she would plead guilty to whatever charges he brought against her. Meanwhile, Jessica saw Sarah, who angrily told her she was the reason that her father was dead. Bonnie told Jessica she would plead guilty. Jessica pled to Tom to come up with a way to keep Bonnie out of jail. Bonnie was sentenced to six months, with the proviso that she not see Sarah again. Bonnie was devastated, and Jessica told Ben that they needed to find a way around the judges' order so that Bonnie could see Sarah one last time. Jessica defied the court order, and with Ben and Margo's help, arranged for Bonnie and Sarah to have a final, emotional good-bye. Bonnie said good-bye to her mother. Jessica told Bonnie that she will always love her. Jessica and Ben were surprised to find that they were the only ones at Marshall's funeral except for Sarah. Later, Ben proposed they elope and Jessica agreed. Jessica and Ben decided to sneak away to the islands to elope when Curtis surprised them for Thanksgiving. They decided they would invite the Hughes family over for Thanksgiving dinner, and leave for their trip afterwards. Later, Curtis made a cryptic call. Jessica and Ben took off for their elopement, while Curtis returned to the house and snuck back inside. At Jessica and Ben's Thanksgiving dinner, Bob made a wonderful toast.

Craig was summoned by John to Memorial about the adoption agency's false medical records on Cabot. John reported them to the Canadian officials. Craig tried to do damage control as Rosanna showed up. Craig covered, then left. Craig got a call from Annabelle saying that she needed his help. Craig and Rosanna and the godparents, Jack and Carly, arrived at the church to set things up for Cabot's christening. Annabelle arrived and told Craig she needed money to get out of town. Craig gave her money, but insisted she tell him the name of Cabot's birth mother. Craig returned to the christening, where Rosanna was waiting for an explanation. Later, Rosanna discovered Annabelle's discarded wig, scarf and glasses in her car and accused Craig of cheating on her. Craig denied and said the items belonged to Carly. Craig then begged Carly to help him cover. Craig revealed to Carly that Annabelle Fettle was in trouble with the Canadian authorities. Craig returned and Rosanna apologized to him. Carly called Craig and put major heat on him to call Cabot's birth mom. Later, Craig lied to Carly and said that he talked to the birth mother and everything was fine. Craig was confronted by an investigator from Canada who had questions about Annabelle Fettle. Craig denied knowing the woman, but was unnerved by the line of questioning. Later, Craig came home and said he booked a family vacation to the islands, but Lucy and Rosanna refused to go. Craig eventually convinced Rosanna to go away on their impromptu vacation. Lucy decided to stay behind.

Dusty spilled to Aaron that Holden let Aaron get busted. Aaron confronted Holden at the church and said he was moving out. Meanwhile, Chris told Alison that he was leaving town. Alison got queasy and ran off. Alison learned she was pregnant and made plans to meet with Chris and tell him. As she was about to tell him, he told her that he accepted a fellowship in Philadelphia. They shared an emotional good-bye, and Alison decided Chris should never know about the baby. Later, Lucy asked Alison about the other man in Alison's life just as a delivery person returned Aaron's watch. Despite Alison's attempt to cover, Lucy realized the truth and Aaron finally admitted he slept with Alison. Lucy told him to get out of her life for good. Later, Lucy went to confront Alison and accidentally caused her to fall and hurt her knee. Susan insisted that Alison go to the hospital, and Lucy followed out of concern. Alison was about to get an X-ray when Katie blurted out that they couldn't X-ray her. In front of Susan, Bob and Katie, Lucy put it together: Alison was pregnant. Not wanting to ruin Chris's life and career, she told everyone that Aaron was the father. Emily and Susan sat down with Alison to figure out what to do about Alison's baby. Alison was adamant that she was keeping the baby. Later at Al's, Aaron and Alison crossed and it looks like she was going to come clean with him, but in the end she just couldn't do it. They naively planned how to take care of the baby and their lives. The family rallied and called Alison and Aaron over for a family pow-wow. Alison and Aaron felt like their families were taking over their lives. Later, Chris returned home for good, surprising his family. Meanwhile, Lucy told Lucinda that she was ready to move on and made a date for the wedding. Later, Chris shocked Alison by coming to her house.

Katie was dismayed to learn Mike recovered so much that he no longer needed her to live with him. She refused to accept this and worked hard to keep her feelings for Mike in check. Mike thought Katie would never love him. Later, however, Katie and Mike kissed. Afterwards, Mike wanted to talk, but Katie was skittish. Later, Mike found a letter addressed to him. He read it and was disappointed to hear Katie still considered herself a married woman. Mike asked Margo to talk to Katie about having a memorial service for Simon, for what he said were selfish reasons: he wanted to court Katie, and wanted her to feel closure regarding Simon.
