B&B's Thomas: From Tween to Teen
B&B has cast newcomer Drew Tyler Bell in the role of Thomas, Ridge Forrester's (Ronn Moss) son. Drew, who is new to the world of soaps, also appeared in the recent thriller Jeepers Creepers II. He moved to Los Angeles from Ohio with his whole family to pursue a career in the entertainment business. Drew is thrilled to be on B&B and is looking forward to the development of Thomas's storyline as a teenager.

The Bold and the Thankful
The portrayers of B&B's Forrester and Marone patriarchs, John McCook and Joe Mascolo, usually celebrate Thanksgiving with their families in their mountain cabins. This year, however, Joe Mascolo will be staying local. "I couldn't get everybody up to the mountains and so it's going to be out in the Valley at another house," says Joe. Joe will be spending this turkey holiday with a large group pf family and friends. "[There will] probably [be] 30 or 40 people," notes Joe.

Sometimes life truly does resemble art. Schae Harrison who plays the role of Sally Spectra's (Darlen Conley) wacky sidekick Darla Einstein is pregnant -- on- and off screen! Schae admitted that it was a complete coincidence that both she and her character became pregnant, she says that Darla's pregnancy was written into the show one month before she found out she was pregnant in real-life.

Jennifer Finnigan Leaving Forrester Country
Jennifer Finnigan recently announced that she has decided not to re-sign with The Bold and the Beautiful. Jennifer has agreed to continue on B&B through the new year, until the role is re-cast. "We've been enchanted with Jennifer Finnigan since the day she got off the plane from Canada. Watching her incredible talent blossom over the past three years has been a true delight," said Bradley Bell, B&B's Executive Producer and Head Writer.

Brian is an actor who takes his craft very seriously, and he has a hard time portraying a character unless he understands who that character is and where they're coming from -- literally and philosophically. This is why Brian headed off to Vegas to research his character when he was first cast in the role of Oscar Marone.

The opening of Oscar's new nightclub, Ozzz, required a great deal of organization. Not only to build the actual set but to wrangle all the additional extras that were needed to make up the crowd of the upscale hotspot. SC's Donya spent two days at the B&B studio shooting her role as a guest of the club. Her day began at the wardrobe department where she was outfitted with some "bling bling" and nightclub wear.

Sheila's Baaack!
It's going to be double trouble on B&B when the character we all love to hate -- Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) -- returns to the show for a stint along with her sidekick, Sugar. Robin Mattson (ex-Janet, AMC; ex-Heather, GH) will be portraying the role of Sugar, who was a warden at the prison where Sheila was doing time. Sheila convinces Sugar to help her with a grand scheme that will involve the two of them collecting a lot of money, but things quickly begin to spin out of control.
