Brooke, Nick and hope arrive at Brooke's and are met by a very eager Jackie, who's thrilled Brooke is home. Jackie notices Brooke is showing with her grandson which makes Brooke uncomfortable and she goes upstairs.

Nick wants Jackie to give Brooke a chance to breathe since she just got home. Jackie feels that since Brooke came back with him, she must be ready to be a family. Nick insists if he pushes to hard, Brooke will shut him out. Jackie encourages Nick to claim his happiness with Brooke.

Nick goes up to see Brooke. Brooke confesses to Nick now that she's home all she can do is think about Ridge. Ridge bursts into the house and encounters Jackie on his way upstairs. Ridge is shocked when Jackie says that Brooke is upstairs with Nick. Ridge tries to push past Jackie but she stops him. Jackie sternly tells Ridge to leave them alone.

Thorne wants details from Thomas about Caitlin. Thomas admits they've done nothing more than talk but is certain it's headed somewhere. He tells Thorne how ambitious Caitlin is and how much she looks up to Eric. Eric walks in to find Caitlin in his office chair. He notices that Caitlin was sketching Eric's design but altered it. Eric compliments what she did to the design.

Eric feels that his work is flat, much like his life these days. Caitlin thinks his family should inspire him. Eric reflects that he used to be inspired by Stephanie more than he realized. Eric says if Thomas were older he would play cupid and fix them up. Caitlin confesses she is so caught up in her studies that she doesn't think much about dating. Caitlin tells Eric that her dad always encouraged her to concentrate on her future and not get side-tracked.

Eric y Caitlin hablan de su trabajo y sus estilos. Ella le confiesa que está tan ocupada estudiando que no tiene tiempo para nada más. Al otro lado del edificio, Thorne bromea con Thomas por estar prendado de una chica. Thomas le confiesa que se trata de Caitlin, la nueva interna en Forrester.
