MARIE BAIE DES ANGES follows the tragic story of two young outsiders, 15 year-old Orso (Frédéric Malgras), a small-time thief on the run, and Marie (Vahina Giocante), a pubescent Bardot look-alike. On the beaches Marie struts, turning the heads of the U.S. sailors on shore leave, receiving from them nights of entertainment and champagne evenings.

The streets are filled with other free-spirits like Marie. One of which is Orso, a petty thief, who maintains a love affair with Marie amidst their world of chaos. However, these lovers cannot remove themeselves from the world which surrounds them and ultimately they must face tragedy.
