Irish-born ARIE VERVEEN (Nick) marks his first leading role in a feature film with his portrayal as Nick in "Caught." He studied acting in London with David Bennett for several years, appearing in "Fringe" productions of "A Hatful of Rain" (as Johnny), "Camino Real" (as Kilroy), and other plays. Since moving to New York, he has been in numerous short films, and had minor roles in two independent features. "Caught" premiered at the 1996 Sundance Film Festival, where Sheila Benson cited Verveen as the "young actor to be discovered at Sundance this year...there's a sensitivity and an intelligence at work which gives his work the sense of having a moral compass, and I can't remember feeling that since the early days of Marlon Brando."
