DAVID ROBINSON (Costume Designer) has served as costume designer on a distinguished list of films, television, and stage productions. In addition to "Pollock," his film credits include "Meet Joe Black," "Donnie Brasco," "The Devil's Own," "Jacob's Ladder," "Last Exit to Brooklyn,' "I Shot Andy Warhol," "The Basketball Diaries," "Carlito's Way," "State of Grace," "Wishful Thinking," and "Looking for Richard." Earlier in his career, Robinson held associate designer positions on "Carlito's Way," "The Cowboy Way," "Romeo is Bleeding," and "Scent of a Woman." Prior to that, he was the assistant to the costume designers of "State of Grace," "Bed of Roses," "For Love or Money," "The Super," and "Mississippi Burning." He was also a costumer on "A League of Their Own."
Robinson's television credits include the recent re-make of "Rear Window," starring Christopher Reeves and Daryl Hannah "The Call," for HBO/Cinemax, and two seasons on the syndicated series "Monsters." In theater, Robinson has served as costume designer on several stage productions in New York and across the country. His credits include "Primetime Prophet," "Sister's Dance," "Pedro Paramo," "Hot Lunch Apostles," "A Christmas Carol," "The Count of Monte Cristo," "The Revenger's Tragedy," "Life is a Dream," "Amadeus," "Private Lives," "Crimes of the Heart," "Twelfth Night," "Loves Labours Lost," "Edward II," and "The Good Woman of Szechuan." On Broadway, he was the assistant to the costume designer on "The Phantom of the Opera."
