Matthew Ferguson plays Kane, a curious and confused teenager from a home filled with luxuries but devoid of love. Lonely for family and tempted by any show of affection, he ventures into a dangerous world he knows nothing about.

Toronto­born Ferguson made his feature film debut in 1991 in ON MY OWN, playing Judy Davis' son. The following year, he appeared in Paramount Pictures' SEARCHING FOR BOBBY FISHER, and I LOVE A MAN IN UNIFORM. He has also had extensive television experience. After an acclaimed theatrical debut at age 16, Ferguson earned roles in television series including "Material World," "Top Cops," and "Street Legal."
