David J. Siegel first collaborated with Agnieszka Holland on Sydney Pollack's "Fallen Angels" film noir anthology series for Showtime, starring Danny Glover and Kelly Lynch. Other directors with whom he worked with on the series are Tom Cruise, Alphonso Cuaron, Michael Lehmann and Peter Bogdanovich.

He also edited Washington Square for Agnieszka Holland, starring Jennifer Jason Leigh, Ben Chaplin, Maggie Smith and Albert Finney. Prior to working on The Third Miracle, Siegel edited the film Godzilla starring Mathew Broderick and Jean Reno, for director Roland Emmerich.

Siegel began his feature film career as an assistant editor on Warren Beatty's Reds. Since then he has worked on over 25 feature films and was part of the editorial team for Ron Howard's Parenthood, Backdraft and Far and Away, as well as The Glass Menagerie, Q&A, Silkwood, Death of a Salesman and Prince of Tides.

Siegel also edited several projects for David Lynch, including On The Air and Hotel Room. He was standby editor on Prizzi's Honor and Sweet Liberty. His editing credits also include the film Blessed Assurance for Peter Bogdanovich starring Cicely Tyson, as well as television's "Civil Wars" for Steven Bochco and Mark Tinker. He has also worked with such other notable directors as John Huston, Sidney Lumet, Alan Alda, Mike Nichols and Paul Newman.

He was nominated for an Emmy Award for his work as an editor on the critically acclaimed show "Law and Order." Siegel is a member of the American Cinema Editors Organization.
