Donna Bascom is currently practicing entertainment law in her own practice and will be producing "Second Daughter" on location in China this spring, in conjunction with Merchant-Ivory as executive producers. In her legal practice, Ms. Bascom has been responsible for providing legal services in connection with John Sayles' "The Secret of Roan Inish," Wayne Wang's "Smoke" and Abel Ferrara's "The Addiction" and "The Funeral," among others.
