Irwin Young is the owner of Duart Film and Video. He is not just a provider of laboratory services, however, but a legendary mentor in the independent film community and the first recipient of the Gotham Lifetime Achievement Award from the Independent Feature Project. He has served as a producer on countless films, including the acclaimed 1996 Sundance entry, CAUGHT, directed by his brother, Robert M. Young.
