Michael Scott Myers
(Writer and Co-Producer)
Michael Scott Myers graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in film and a minor
in philosophy. Prior to his screenwriting career, he worked in the entertainment industry as the international publicity coordinator
at Canon/Pathe Films International.
Myers first screenplay, THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD, taps into the writer's Southern Louisiana roots. It is the story of Myers' high school teacher and her relationship with famed fantasy writer Robert E. Howard,
who penned the Conan series as well as other stories that became staples of the pulp
fiction era of the 1930's.
Myers has just finished directing a short film which also stars Benjamin Mouton and
tells the tale of Seth and Derry, two ruthless but fumbling bounty hunters, as they enter a crude battle of wills to see who can
take the other one in.
The first draft of Myers' second screenplay, which he describes as a road thriller spanning four states, has
just been completed.
