THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN 49 STATES OF THE U.S. (FL EXCLUDED), D.C. AND CANADA (QUEBEC EXCLUDED) AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED AREAS. THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE U.S.

1. How to Enter: The Labyrinth Fantasy Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on February 3, 2004 and ends at 5:00 p.m. PST on April 3, 2004 ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter this Sweepstakes, access the Sweepstakes home page at www.sonypictures.com/cthe/labyrinth/sweepstakes ("Web Site") and complete (and thereafter transmit) the Sweepstakes entry form ("Entry"). Information required on the entry form consists of your Email, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Phone (including area code), Date of Birth, and Gender ("Entry Information"). Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. PST on April 3, 2004. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day. Multiple Entries in excess of the stated limit by the same person will be disqualified. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. All Entry Information must be provided in full. Proof of delivery or receipt of an entry form will not be deemed by Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment ("Sponsor") as proof of entry into this Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.
   
   
2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of 49 states of the United States (Florida excluded), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of February 3, 2004. Residents of the state of Florida and the province of Quebec are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees of Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment ("Sponsor"), Rolling Stone, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers (Changes Online, Import Images), any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
   
   
3. Prizes/Odds of Winning. One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Framed Original Labyrinth Movie Poster, one (1) original Marvel Comic Book and One Jim Henson Fantasy DVD Gift Pack. Grand Prize winner will receive an Original Theatrical One-Sheet Poster (27" x 40") framed with original Marvel #40 Super Special Labyrinth Comic Book AND a Jim Henson Fantasy DVD Gift Pack, containing The Labyrinth Collector's Edition, The Dark Crystal Collector's Edition and Jim Henson's The Storyteller Collection. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand prize is: $600.00. Three (3) First Prizes: One (1) Jim Henson Fantasy DVD Gift Pack. Each First Prize winner will receive a Jim Henson Fantasy DVD Gift Pack containing the following unique fantasy films of Jim Henson: The Labyrinth Collector's Edition, The Dark Crystal Collector's Edition, and Jim Henson's The Storyteller Collection. ARV of each First Prize: $150.00. Six (6) Second Prizes: One (1) Labyrinth T-shirt. ARV for each Second Prize: $19.00. Twenty (20) Third Prizes: One (1) Labyrinth Poster: (24" x 36" rolled poster). ARV of each Third Prize: $7.99. Total ARV of all prizes is: $1323.80 U.S. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household. Each winner is solely responsible for all unspecified incidentals, including, but not limited to, (for Canadian winners) Customs fees/costs. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for any prize (or prize component, if applicable), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component, if applicable) for one of equal value for any reason. Prizes will be shipped to 49 states of the United States (Florida excluded), D.C., and Canadian addresses only. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, provincial, local or other taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
   
   
4. Drawing and Notification: Potential winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received in a drawing held on or about April 16, 2004 ("Drawing Date") by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization. If a Canadian resident is selected as a winner, he/she must correctly answer a time based, mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone/mail to be eligible for a prize. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Potential winners (if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by mail and/or phone within approximately four (4) weeks of the Drawing Date. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
   
   
5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is located at http://www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor's privacy policy, except where prohibited by law: (1) entry and/or a winner's (winner's parent/legal guardian, if winner is minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission of such winner (or, if minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) for Sponsor to use such winner's name, address (city and state/province), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Web Site), in perpetuity, without further notice to, or compensation in connection with this Sweepstakes or prize awarded and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, use, assign and/or dispose of Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any Web site related to this Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning entry, the owner of the email account associated with that entry may be deemed the entrant. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
   
   
6. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple entries of any kind entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity or device), or for entries that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Entries will be disqualified. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, in the case of Canadian potential winner, disputes over answer to the mathematical skill-testing question); human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance/possession (including Customs fees/costs for Canadian winners), use/misuse and/or defects of the prizes awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access this Sweepstakes or Web Site via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrants (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other error or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from this Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize.

Rules/List of Winners: For a copy of these Official Rules or for a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (with proper postage affixed) to: Labyrinth Fantasy Sweepstakes "Rules"/"Winner List" (specify which), P.O. Box 11415, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by June 3, 2004. The Official Rules will also be accessible from the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners List may also be posted on the Web Site.
