Auto Tragedy in San Cristobel!
-- Holly Lindsey Reade
Exclusive to the Journal

March 5, 2001--Cassie Layne Winslow, wife of Richard Winslow, once believed to be the Prince of San Cristobel, and Reva Shayne, Mrs. Winslow's sister, were injured when the car they were driving crashed through a roadblock and erupted into flames.
Mrs. Winslow and Ms. Shayne are believed to have been escaping the clutches of Prince Edmund Winslow who, earlier in the day, placed his sister-in-law under near house arrest.
After Richard Winslow revealed to the world that he is, in fact, not the rightful heir to the San Cristobel throne, he and Prince Edmund appeared before the royal council, leaving it to them to decide which brother was most fit to rule. Despite both men's attempts to sway the media and thus, The People, in their favor, the Council has yet to issue their decision.
Mrs. Winslow and Ms. Shayne are currently in critical condition at the San Cristobel State Hospital.
