Guiding Light: What's Your Character's Theme Song?

On Thursday, Sept. 5, 2002, we heard Danny (Paul Anthony Stewart)
sing a song of love and loss, as he lamented his broken marriage to Michelle.
To carry on with that musical trend, we asked some of your favorite GL
actors: "What would be your character's theme song?
Daniel Cosgrove (Bill): Mrs. Robinson.
Saundra Santiago (Carmen): My first instinct is to say, I Will
Survive.
Grant Aleksander (Phillip): I Will Survive.
Beth Chamberlin (Beth): Well, Lorelei's might be Dueling Banjos.
And for Beth, the song that comes to mind is probably one that no one
knows, it's an old song called Alice, and it goes something like
this: "Alice is acting very, very strange/The Face is pretty/But
the mind's deranged."
Aubrey Dollar (Marina): Eye of the Tiger, comes to mind,
I'm not sure why. Or maybe Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
Matthew Bomer (Ben): Smooth Operator. Ben wishes
that was his theme song!
Crystal Chappell (Olivia): Bad to the Bone.
Elizabeth Keifer (Blake): I'm Just a Girl Who Can't Say No.
Ricky Paull Goldin (Gus): The theme to Sanford & Son.
It makes me laugh. I'm in my own personal sitcom. But, Gus isn't in a
sitcom. He's definitely in a one-hour drama on some independent film channel.
Stephanie Gatschet (Tammy): Britney Spears's Not a Girl, Not
Yet a Woman.
Gavin Houston (Remy): Born to be Wild.
Lindsay McKeon (Marah): Woe is Me. Is there a song called
that?
