Kim Brockington made her debut on the CBS daytime drama GUIDING LIGHT
on April 16, 2002 in the role of Felicia Boudreau. A longtime friend of
Blake Marler's, this successful psychiatrist is the loving mother of her
children, medical student Mel and college student Remy, and wife of Springfield
University dean, Clayton.
Prior to joining Guiding Light, Brockington appeared in some of
today's top-rated television shows, including NBC's Law and Order,
West Wing and Third Watch. In addition, she previously appeared
on ABC's All My Children as Lila Rousseau. In 2003, audiences will
be able to see the actress in the title role of Zora, a PBS docudrama,
the novelist whom she portrayed in Zora Neale Hurston at the America's
Place Theatre.
A Baltimore native, Brockington has had successful runs in both regional
and New York theater productions such as Holiday Heart, In White
America and Coming Apart Together. Her movie credits include
Lovesongs with Lou Gossett, Jr., and Dirty Laundry with
Jay Thomas.
Brockington, who celebrates her birthday on February 14, resides in New
York City. A graduate of Morgan State University, she enjoys yoga and
