Frank's Great-Uncle Stavros moves to Springfield from Greece and Eleni Andros illegally comes with him. Frank hires Eleni at the diner & falls in love with her while Alan-Michael is pursuing her.

Has sex with Blake Thorpe one lonely night in a booth in the diner while they commiserate, Blake over Alan-Michael and Frank over Eleni.

While investigating in Paris, Alan-Michael Spaulding tricks Eleni into marrying him by planting a prostitute in Frank's bed. Frank is devastated when he finds out.

Makes love to Eleni when she finds out about Alan-Michael's lies. Eleni gets pregnant.

Marries Eleni after she leaves Alan-Michael and Marina is born the day of their wedding.

After a search for their father that begins when Harley discovers he's not dead, Buzz Cooper reappears. An angry, hurt Frank eventually comes to accept and love his father.

Goes to Greece and saves Eleni from the man she was promised to (Christos Temos) as a child. When Christos attempts to kill Frank, Christos' sister rescues Frank, ending the family feud. Frank and Eleni return together to their life in Springfield.

Nadine is murdered by Brent Laurence. Frank avenges his mother's death and aids in Brent's capture. Brent is sent to a mental institution.

Frank is stunned when father Buzz is struck with amnesia after an unfortunate accident.

Becomes partners with a cop named Teri DeMarco. He fights his attraction for her although they share one kiss. He helps his father through his grief for his wife, Jenna.

Forced to admit to Eleni that he kissed Teri, whom he discovers is really Annie Dutton! He learns that Holly is the nursery rhyme stalker from Blake and searches for his daughter, along with the other Springfield parents whose children were kidnapped.

Frank & Eleni separate when he learns she's been unfaithful. He lends a supportive shoulder to Harley, who learns similar information about her husband.

Frank, like his friend Rick Bauer, takes an interest in May Merisi, whom he later learns is an undercover FBI agent investigating the Santos family. Frank is conflicted as Rick's sister, Michelle, married Danny Santos. Frank provides support to his pregnant sister, Harley.
