Olivia was Prince Richard Winslow's assistant and Princess Catherine
(aka Reva)'s friend. After Richard's brother, Prince Edmund, threatened
Reva and her son's lives, Reva fled San Cristobel and left the baby
in Olivia's care. Unbeknownst to Richard, Olivia gave the baby, Jonathan,
to her sister Marissa to raise. Olivia and Richard later became engaged. |

Reva Lewis' return to San Cristobel ruins Olivia's
chance to marry Richard. Later, in Springfield, a depressed Olivia
attempts suicide; Josh Lewis saves her. They begin dating but Reva
continually interrupts their progress. She helps Josh start his new

Olivia welcomes her younger brother, Sam, to town.
Olivia's thrilled when Josh asks her to move in with him and things
turn more serious in their relationship despite the meddling of Josh's
daughter, Marah. Josh and Olivia marry on New Year's Eve but he leaves
the reception to handle a crisis with Marah. |

Despite the rocky start to their marriage, Olivia
is determined to make Josh and his company wealthy and powerful. |
| 2002 |
Josh discovers that Olivia has been lying to him for months concerning
her involvement in the Harbor Project. Olivia tries to convince Josh
that Reva needs to go away for psychiatric help. Josh finds out that
Olivia slept with Alan and wants a divorce. Olivia accuses Josh of
always loving Reva, even during their marriage. Olivia and Josh divorce.
Olivia discovers that she owns half of the Old Beacon Hotel property,
with Cassie owning the other half. Olivia wants to convert it into
a renovated hotel, while Cassie wants to make it a children's museum.
The two ladies decide to try to cooperate. Olivia is hurt and angry
when she learns that Josh and Reva will marry for the third time in
the hotel. Alan proposes to Olivia, but she is hesitant to accept
when a kiss from Phillip sends her reeling. Olivia decides she wants
Phillip to herself and schemes to get Beth out of his life by publishing
"Lorelei's Diary." |
