Olivia demands the Spauldings take action and promises that when Lizzie is found, she'll pay dearly for kidnapping Emma. Meanwhile, Lizzie proves that she is truly evil by warming up the baby's bottle in the microwave (big no-no). Reva, lulled into a false sense of security with the quickly weakening but nevertheless not dead Carrie, turns her back and is knocked out cold, hit in the head by Carrie. Gus is more determined than ever to do something about the drug problem in Springfield and he goes undercover to make a drug buy.

Reva is startled out of a dream about Maryanne by a phone call from Harley, summoning her to the funhouse to demonstrate her discovery that Carrie could've escaped. The Bauers and the Boudreaus gather at the hospital and wait anxiously for Rick and Mel's baby to arrive. Lizzie takes Emma out of her crib and away from Olivia.

Alan tells Josh, Billy, Buzz and Ed that he has taken sole responsibility for what happened at Cutter's Bridge and they are off the hook. Tony rescues Marah from the press and they go to the Lewis house to hide. Gus questions Rick about the effects of Delirium. Cassie tells Edmund that she doesn't want him challenging Jeffrey anymore. They need him to help acquit Marah.
