Sony Pictures Imageworks

Kevin Johnson is a thirteen-year veteran of the animation industry. His talent can be seen in animation classics such as "The Iron Giant", "Cats Don't Dance", and " The Pagemaster". He joined the staff of Sony Pictures Imageworks two years ago and served as head storyboard artist for the Academy Award® winning animated short, "The ChubbChubbs!" Most recently, Kevin Johnson helmed Imageworks' latest short animated film, "Early Bloomer" which went into wide theatrical release in May of 2003.

Prior to joining Imageworks, Mr. Johnson held staff positions at Warner Bros., Disney and Don Bluth Studios. He serves as the assistant director of the Character Animation Program in the School of Film and Video at the California Institute of the Arts.
