Necessary Equipment

A table, chalk or masking tape, a pencil & paper for keeping track of points, a timer, and a paper football (download the PDF to make your own)

How to Play

The game is played in two, 3-minute halves. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

To begin, mark a ė50-yard lineî on the table with masking tape or chalk. Player A kicks off first by flicking the ball as far as possible without sending it off the table.

ķIf the ball lands at the edge of the table, Player A scores a Touchdown (6 pts) and gets to try for an Extra Point (see below).

ķIf the ball goes off the table, Player A gets two more chances to score. If the ball falls off the table 3 times in a row, Player B gets to try for a Field Goal (see below).

Once Player A scores or uses up 3 turns, Player B kicks off and has three chances to score a Touchdown and Extra Point. After 3 minutes, players switch sides and Player B kicks off.

Field Goals (3 pts) and Extra Points (1 pt)

Field Goals and Extra Points are played the same way. The opponent sets his/her hands on the table with thumbs touching and index fingers pointed up (this is the goal). The challenger stands the ball up on end at the 50-yard line and tries to flick it through the ėgoal postsî. If the ball makes it over the opponentís ėgoalî, the challenger scores.
