1. Eligibility: The 30 Days of Night Hunt Havoc Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 49 states of the United States (Rhode Island is excluded) and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of September 20, 2007. Employees, officers, and directors of Hilltop New Media, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Digital Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Sony Electronics Inc., TI Beverage Group, Ltd., DormBuys.com, GoUrban.net, Logitech, SonyStyle.com, PalmerCash.com, the Sweepstakes administrator, each of the entities’ parent companies, affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and other related entities, each of the entities’ respective prize suppliers, authorized designees, any other individual or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
   
   
2. Sweepstakes Description: This Sweepstakes begins at 6:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 20, 2007, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 19, 2007 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes consists of thirty (30) separate individual nonconnective daily sweepstakes (“Daily Sweepstakes”). Each Daily Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT (except for the first Daily Sweepstakes which begins at 6:00:00 p.m. PT) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the same day (“Daily Entry Period”). Prospective entrants are asked to access the Sweepstakes Web Site located at www.sonypictures.com/movies/30daysofnight/hunthavoc (“Web Site”) to enter the Sweepstakes.
   
   
3. How to Enter: To enter a Daily Sweepstakes, access the Web Site and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (“Entry Form Entry”). Information required on the entry form consists of your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number (including area code), and Gender (collectively, “Entry Information”). All required Entry Information must be completed in full. To receive an additional entry into the current Daily Sweepstakes, enter your 30 Days of Night Multi-player Game Username (“Game Username”) where indicated on the Sweepstakes entry form (“Bonus Entry”). To obtain a Game Username, if you don’t already have one, click on the 30 Days of Night Multiplayer Game (“Game”) textlink on the entry form, agree to the terms and conditions for registering to play the Game (incorporated herein by reference), and complete and thereafter submit the Game registration form. There is no fee to obtain a Game Username. Information required on the Game registration form consists of your First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Zip Code, and your choice of Username and Password. Once an email address has been registered by a participant for the Game, that email address cannot be used by any other person for the Game or Sweepstakes. Only the participant registered with that Game Username may use it in this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry Form Entry and one (1) Bonus Entry (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entry”) per person/email address per day. Sweepstakes Entries for a particular Daily Sweepstakes must be received within the Daily Entry Period for that particular Daily Sweepstakes. Proof of submitting a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.
   
   
4. Prizes/Odds of Winning. Thirty (30) Daily Prizes (one (1) per Daily Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period). There is a different Daily Prize for each day of the week (Monday – Sunday).

• Monday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) $100 Sony Style Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00). Sony Style Gift Card is issued by Sony and has no expiration date. The Sony Style Gift Card must be activated prior to its initial use and presented at time of purchase. The value loaded on your Sony Style Gift Card is a pre-payment only for the purchase of products and services from sonystyle.com, SonyStyle stores and Sony Factory Outlet stores. No credit card, credit line, over draft protection or deposit account is associated with the Sony Style Gift Card. The Sony Style Gift Card may not be returned, redeemed or exchanged for cash, or used as payment on any Sony account except where required by law. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Gift Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Sony. The value associated with the Sony Style Gift Card is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Sony Style Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen and Sony will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions on the Sony Style Gift Card.
• Tuesday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) Alen YTA500 Portable Mini Fridge (ARV: $49.99) and one (1) case of Vamp NRG energy drink (ARV: $48.00)
• Wednesday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) $100 DormBuys Gift Card (ARV: $100.00).
• Thursday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) 2GB Walkman® Video MP3 Player (model number: NWZ-S615F) (ARV: $99.95).
• Friday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) $100 Go Urban pre-paid Master Card (ARV: $100.00). The Go Urban pre-paid Master Card must be activated prior to its initial use and presented at time of purchase. The card is valid wherever Master Card is accepted. No credit card, credit line, over draft protection or deposit account is associated with the Card.
• Saturday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) X-540 speaker system from Logitech (ARV $99.99)
• Sunday Daily Sweepstakes – One (1) $100 Palmercash Shopping Spree (ARV: $100.00). Shopping Spree will be awarded in the form of a prize code that can be redeemed by telephone or email.

For all Gift Cards: Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or any unauthorized transactions will not be replaced. Gift cards may not be returned, redeemed or exchanged for cash, or used as payment on any outstanding account except where required by law. Gift Cards subject to stated terms and conditions.

Odds of winning a Daily Prize depends on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for that particular Daily Sweepstakes. Any costs associated with accepting, redeeming and using any of the prizes that is not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) with a prize of equal value, whether due to the unavailability of a prize, or for any other reason. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of each winner. As applicable, prizes will be mailed to street addresses within the 49 states of the U.S. (Rhode Island is excluded) or D.C. only. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household for the entire Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winners. For each Daily Sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for that particular Daily Sweepstakes in a series of drawings to be held on or about November 2, 2007 (“Drawing Date”) by Sweepstakes administrator, an independent judging organization. Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries will not be retained for subsequent Daily Sweepstakes. Each potential winner (or, if resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardians) will be notified by mail or email at the phone number or email address provided on his/her Sweepstakes Entry within approximately two (2) months of the Drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, and/or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for that particular Daily Sweepstakes may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
   
   
6. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Once submitted, Sweepstakes Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html , and except where prohibited by law, entry and/or a winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes permission of such winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site or associated Web pages, such winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and /or dispose of Sweepstakes Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to a specific offer from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her personal information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity’s privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that particular Sweepstakes Entity. Opting in to specific offers does not improve one’s chances of winning. Respective privacy policies of Sweepstakes Entities participating in opt-ins will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry page. Sponsor is in no way responsible for any independent offers from the Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, the use of automated computer programs or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), the Web Site, or any Web page or Web banner ad related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes and conduct any or all of the drawing(s) and award the prizes from all eligible, salvageable Sweepstakes Entries received for a given or all Daily Sweepstakes, prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Sweepstakes Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry Form Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other on-line organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said owner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or for Sweepstakes Entries otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes Entries in the Sweepstakes, or for failure to receive Sweepstakes Entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind and such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in the Sweepstakes (including, changes in an entrant’s Entry Information which affects the ability to contact such entrant); availability of an entrant’s choice of Game Username; typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; acceptance/possession, defects, and/or use/misuse of any prize; any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Sweepstakes or by entrant; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages (including the Game), or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Entities. Winners (or their parents/legal guardians if they are residents of jurisdictions that deem them to be minors) release Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability/responsibility with respect to all prizes and/or the Sweepstakes (including any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death) and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Sweepstakes Entities.
   
   
8. ARBITRATION; WAIVER OF INJUNCTIVE RELIEF; GOVERNING LAW: BY SUBMITTING A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS IF THEY ARE RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DEEM THEM TO BE MINORS) AGREE THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES, THEIR ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE §§ 1280 ET SEQ. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES). IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY JAMS. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS BASED. THE PARTIES WILL SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR’S FEES AND ARBITRATION EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER COSTS UNIQUE TO THE ARBITRATION HEARING (RECOGNIZING THAT EACH SIDE BEARS ITS OWN DEPOSITION, WITNESS, EXPERT AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF THE MATTER WERE BEING HEARD IN COURT). NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY REQUIRE THAT SUCH FEES BE BORNE IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE ARBITRATOR DETERMINES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE TO BE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS IF THEY ARE RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DEEM THEM TO BE MINORS) FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THEY SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY MOVIE, PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF SPONSOR OR OF ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.

ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS IF THEY ARE RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DEEM THEM TO BE MINORS) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INTERNAL SUBSTANTIVE LAWS (AS DISTINGUISHED FROM THE CHOICE OF LAW RULES) OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTS MADE AND PERFORMED ENTIRELY IN CALIFORNIA SHALL GOVERN THE VALIDITY AND INTERPRETATION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND ALL OTHER CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES.

9. Rules/Winners List: For a copy of these Official Rules or the Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 30 Days of Night Hunt Havoc Sweepstakes “Rules”/”Winners List” (specify which), P.O. Box 6862, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by December 19, 2007. These Official Rules will also be available on the Web Site during the entire Sweepstakes.
