1. Eligibility: The James Bond’s Dossier Trivia Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United. States (including D.C.) who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) and who are 13 years of age or older as of October 12, 2006.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sony Pictures Digital Inc. (“Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. (“Sony”), Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, licensees, service providers, and any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
   
   
2. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 12, 2006, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 16, 2006 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes: Text Message Entry and Online Entry (collectively “Sweepstakes Entries”).   

   a.   Text Message Entry: In order to enter this Sweepstakes by Text Message Entry, you must have a text message capable phone.  If you have a text message capable phone, enter the Sweepstakes by text messaging the word BOND to the shortcode 4SONY (47669) to answer a series of 5 trivia questions about James Bond on your phone.  You will receive a return message with an age verification prompt and upon successful age verification, you will receive a confirmation message. Upon receiving the confirmation message, text message the letter M to receive the first trivia question.  You can text message the words M STOP to opt-out of the Sweepstakes at any time.  Standard text messaging rates, terms, and conditions apply for each text message being sent and received. May not be available from all service providers or for all handsets.  Check with your service provider for details. For each correct answer to a trivia question, you will receive one (1) Text Message Entry.  Limit of five (5) Text Message Entries per person per mobile number per trivia question per entire Sweepstakes Period.   Text Message Entries submitted by the same person in excess of the above limit will be disqualified. 
   
   b.   Online Entry: To enter, access http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/ casinoroyale/trivia_sweepstakes/index.php, to access the Sweepstakes web site (the “Web Site”), and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (“Online Entry”).  Information required on the Online Entry form consists of your First Name, Last Name, Home Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, ZIP Code, Phone Number (including area code), Email Address, Gender, and Date of Birth (collectively “Entry Information”).  All Entry Information must be completed in full.  Once an entrant successfully submits an Online Entry, he/she will receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes and will receive all four (4) Cheat Codes. Limit one (1) Online Entry per person per entire Sweepstakes Period. Online Entries submitted by the same person in excess of the above limit will be disqualified.
   
   Text Message Entries and Online Entries (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entries”) must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on November 16, 2006.   Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described above is void.  Proof of delivery or receipt of Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry into the Sweepstakes. 

3. Prize/Odds of Winning.  One (1) winner will receive a five (5) day / four (4) night consecutive stay for winner and one (1) adult guest at Atlantis, Paradise Island, The Bahamas (“Trip”). Accommodations will be at Atlantis, Royal Towers. Room tax, gratuity, energy surcharge included.  Prize includes round-trip, coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) near Winner's residence in the U.S.  Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Trip is $5,000.  Actual value will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations, any differences will not be awarded. Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. Winner must give a minimum of 30 days advance notice of desired departure date.  All travel must be completed within one (1) year of awarding or winner will be disqualified, will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.  Trip and all reservations are subject to air travel and accommodation availability, all other prize and travel restrictions, and at the sole discretion of Kerzner International, excluding all blackout periods (as defined by Kerzner International),  Once a reservation has been made, no amendments will be accepted.  No extension of effective dates is permitted.  Original prize certificate must be submitted at check-in.  A copy of the certificate will not be accepted.  Check-in-time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.  If Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted travel guest.  If travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the Winner.  Winner and guest must travel together on the same flights throughout the entire itinerary.  Airline to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.  Winner and guest are solely responsible for all unspecified incidentals, including, but not limited to, unspecified ground transportation, meals, drinks, gratuities, phone calls, insurance, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passport, etc.). If Winner elects to partake in any component of Trip, without a travel guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.  All other costs associated with accepting, redeeming and using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his/her guest.  Any depictions of the Prize or Prize components are for illustrative purposes only.  No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the Prize, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a Prize with a Prize of equal value, whether due to Prize unavailability, or for any other reason.  All federal, state, or other taxes are sole responsibility of the Winner.  Winner will receive a Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of prize (stated above) that he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won.
   
   
4. Drawing and Notification of Winner.  Potential Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in a drawing to be held on or about December 1, 2006 (“Drawing Date”), by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential Winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian(s)) will be notified by phone (at the number provided within that entrant’s Sweepstakes entry) within approximately two (2) weeks of the drawing date. If potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her Affidavit/Release (defined below) is returned as undeliverable, potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 
   
   
5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Potential Winner (his/her parental/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively, "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.   Travel guest (his/her parental/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires within five (5) days after receipt by potential Winner. If Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian.  By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, Winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning Sweepstakes Entry.  Once submitted, Sweepstakes Entries and the corresponding Entry Information become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.sonypictures.com/terms, and except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and/or Winner’s acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission of Winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site or associated Web pages, Winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, the use of automated computer programs or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), the Web Site, or any Web page or Web banner ad related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win the Prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes and to conduct the drawing and award the Prize from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Sweepstakes Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or mobile phone service account associated with that Online Entry or Text Message Entry will be deemed the entrant.  The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address or who is assigned to a mobile phone number by a service provider that is responsible for assigning mobile phone numbers.  Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account or mobile service account.
   
   
6. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limits, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, mutilated, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified.  By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in the Sweepstakes; typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; ambiguous trivia questions or multiple choice answers that are deemed ambiguous or inaccurate;  acceptance/possession, defects, and/or use/misuse of the Prize; cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of the components of the Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s or any of the Sweepstakes Entities’ control; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the mobile telephone service, telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Sweepstakes or by entrant; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of  the Sweepstakes Entities.  Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Entities.  Winner releases Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability/responsibility with respect to the Prize won (including any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death).  Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Sweepstakes Entities.
   
   
7. ARBITRATION / WAIVER OF INJUNCTIVE RELIEF / GOVERNING LAW:  BY SUBMITTING ENTRY, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, ITS ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE §§ 1280 ET SEQ.  THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES).  IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY JAMS. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.  THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS BASED.  THE PARTIES WILL SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR’S FEES AND ARBITRATION EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER COSTS UNIQUE TO THE ARBITRATION HEARING (RECOGNIZING THAT EACH SIDE BEARS ITS OWN DEPOSITION, WITNESS, EXPERT AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF THE MATTER WERE BEING HEARD IN COURT). NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY REQUIRE THAT SUCH FEES BE BORNE IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE ARBITRATOR DETERMINES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE TO BE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.  

   Entrants further understand and agree that they shall have no right to enjoin or restrain the development, production, advertising, promotion, distribution or exploitation of the Contest, Casino Royale, any other Sony or Sponsor (or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates) production, project or picture. 

   Entrants acknowledge that the internal substantive laws (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) of the State of California and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California shall govern the validity and interpretation of these Official Rules and all other causes of action (whether sounding in contract or in tort) arising out of or relating to these Official Rules.

Box 6452, Burbank, CA 91510.  All requests must be received by January 17, 2007.  The Official Rules will be available on the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period.
