THE MADE OF HONOR “GET MARRIED AT THE PREMIERE” CONTEST (THE “CONTEST”) IS OPEN ONLY TO TWO (2) PERSON COUPLES (EACH, AN “ENTRANT COUPLE” OR “ENTRANT”), EACH MADE UP OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS (EACH SUCH INDIVIDUAL MEMBER, REFERRED TO AS AN “INDIVIDUAL MEMBER” AND/OR AS APPLICABLE A “BRIDE” OR “GROOM”), WHO, (A) AT THE TIME OF THE ENTRANT COUPLE’S ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST, ARE (I) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS), (II) EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, (III) ENGAGED TO BE MARRIED TO EACH OTHER, (IV) LAWFULLY ABLE TO GET MARRIED TO EACH OTHER ON THE DATE, IN THE CITY IN THE STATE IN THE UNITED STATES WHERE AND WHEN THE PREMIERE OF THE “MADE OF HONOR” MOVIE (THE “PICTURE”) TAKES PLACE (THE “DESTINATION CITY”); (V) ABLE AND WILLING TO TRAVEL TO AND REMAIN IN THE DESTINATION CITY ON DATES TO BE DETERMINED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSORS (AS DEFINED BELOW), AND (VI) NOT ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THIS CONTEST AS INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF ANY OTHER ENTRANT COUPLE, AND, WHO, (B) IF THE ENTRANT COUPLE TO WHOM THEY BELONG IS DECLARED THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER (AS DEFINED BELOW), ARE, AT THE TIME OF THE MARRIAGE CEREMONY CONTEMPLATED HEREUNDER, IN POSSESSION OF A LEGAL MARRIAGE LICENSE ISSUED IN THE STATE WHERE THE DESTINATION CITY IS LOCATED AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE ON DATES AND TIMES DURING THE GRAND PRIZE TRIP (AS DETAILED BELOW) FOR ANY AND ALL PUBLICITY EVENTS AS DETERMINED IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR. ANY INDIVIDUAL MEMBER OF AN ENTRANT COUPLE WHO IS A MINOR OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH HE OR SHE RESIDES MUST OBTAIN A PARENT’S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST AS AN INDIVIDUAL MEMBER OF AN ENTRANT COUPLE. MARRIED COUPLES WHO WISH TO RENEW THEIR VOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. PARTICIPATION IS SUBJECT TO THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “RULES”) AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS (“APPLICABLE LAWS”).

EACH ENTRANT COUPLE MUST DESIGNATE ONE OF ITS TWO INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS (SUCH INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REFERRED TO AS THE “PRIMARY CONTACT”) FOR PURPOSES OF (I) FILLING OUT THE CONTEST REGISTRATION FORM, (II) SUBMITTING ENTRIES (AS DEFINED AND DESCRIBED BELOW) INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AGREEING, AS PART OF THE SUBMISSION PROCESS, TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES, AND (III) IF SELECTED A SEMI-FINALIST (AS DEFINED BELOW) AND/OR A FINALIST (AS DEFINED BELOW), FOR PURPOSES OF (A) NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO THE RULES AND (B) TAX REPORTING. THE GRAND PRIZE (AS DEFINED BELOW), HOWEVER, MAY ONLY BE REDEEMED AND/OR USED BY THE ENTRANT COUPLE, AS A COUPLE, AND NOT, INDIVIDUALLY, BY ANY ONE OF ITS INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS. AN ENTRANT COUPLE OR AN INDIVIDUAL MEMBER MAY SOMETIMES BE GENERICALLY REFERRED TO AS A“CONTESTANT”AND ALL (OR SOME) OF THEM COLLECTIVELY AS“CONTESTANTS.”

The Contest starts at 3:00 pm (PT) on 3/3/08, and ends at 12:00 noon (PT) on 4/11/08 (the “Contest Period”).

1. Contest Overview; Contest Entities. The Contest is sponsored by Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc. (“CTMG”) and The Knot Inc. (“The Knot”) (CTMG and The Knot collectively referred to as the “Sponsors”, and sometimes individually as a “Sponsor”) and consists of a skilled-based competition divided into three (3) distinct phases.

To participate in the first phase of the Contest (“Phase One”), beginning at 3:00 pm PT on 3/3/08 and ending at 11:59 pm PT on 3/17/08 (the “Entry Period”), the Primary Contact of an Entrant whose unmarried Individual Members (at the time of their entry into the Contest) meet the age, residency and other requirements set forth above, must submit a photograph of both Individual Members shown together as a couple (“Entry Photograph”) and an essay in 1500 characters or less answering the question “When did you and your significant other first realize you were meant to be together?" (the Entry Photograph and the essay collectively referred to as the “Phase One Entry”).

Phase One judging will be conducted by judges assigned to that task by the Sponsors (the “Contest Judges”) who will select up to twenty 20 Entrant Couples (the “Semi-Finalists”) from among all eligible Entrant Couples who submitted Phase One Entries during the Entry Period in accordance with these Rules. This Phase One judging will conclude on/about 3/18/08.

To participate in the second phase of the Contest (“Phase Two”), the Primary Contact of each Semi-Finalist must timely submit (by overnight delivery) a VHS or DV tape format or on DVD, or .avi or Quicktime format on CD or DVD in which both Individual Members of the Semi-Finalist appear answering the question “When did you and your significant other first realize you were meant to be together?" (such submitted VHS videotape, DVD, CD, or DV tape referred to as an “Entry Video”), together with the requested documentation, accurately completed and executed in strict accordance with these Rules.

In the Phase Two judging, the Contest Judges will select up to four (4) Entrant Couples (the “Finalists”) from among the Semi-Finalists who have submitted Entry Videos and have fully executed and accurately completed the documentation in accordance with these Rules. This Phase Two judging will conclude on/about 4/2/08.

In the third phase of the Contest, which begins at 3:00 p.m. PT on 4/7/08, and ends at 12:00 noon PT on 4/11/08 (“Phase Three”), members of the public thirteen (13) years of age or older (the “Voters”) are invited to go to the website located at www.madeofhonor-movie.com (the “Contest Site”) to vote on the Finalists’ Entry Videos posted on the Contest Site to determine the Grand Prize Winner.

All relevant dates and times during the Contest Period will be determined in accordance with the Contest Site’s computer, the official Contest timekeeping device. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST BY BOTH CONTESTANTS AND VOTERS IS SUBJECT AT ALL TIMES TO COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND APPLICABLE LAWS.

Employees, officers, and directors of each of the Sponsors, West Coast Marketing, a division of The Susquehanna Hat Company (“Contest Administrator”), participating prize suppliers, and each of the foregoing entities’ affiliates (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), as well as members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) or households (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Contest. SEE SECTION 2 BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

ONLY AN ELIGIBLE CONTESTANT MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST AND/OR WIN A PRIZE. SPONSORS EXPRESSLY RESERVE FOR THEMSELVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE ISSUE OF ELIGIBILITY AND/OR THE RIGHT OF ANY CONTESTANT TO REDEEM OR OTHERWISE BENEFIT FROM ANY PRIZE AT ANY TIME (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AFTER A CONTESTANT WAS EARLIER DEEMED ELIGIBLE). NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE RULES, IF AT ANY TIME DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER, ANY ONE OR BOTH OF THE SPONSORS DETERMINE(S) THAT NOT ENOUGH OR NO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS EXIST FROM WHICH TO DETERMINE SEMI-FINALISTS, FINALISTS OR A GRAND PRIZE WINNER, THEN ANY SUCH SPONSOR OR BOTH SPONSORS MAY IN THEIR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION DETERMINE THAT NOT ENOUGH OR NO ELIGIBLE CONTESTANTS EXIST, AND THEN MAY EITHER SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE CONTEST OR MODIFY IT (OR ANY PARTS THEREOF) IN ANY EQUITABLE MANNER THAT ANY SUCH SPONSOR OR SPONSORS DEEMS(DEEM) APPROPRIATE IN ITS/THEIR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BY NOT AWARDING ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE PRIZING SET FORTH IN THESE RULES.

  • Phase One

  • During the Entry Period, the Primary Contact must log onto the Contest Site and follow the directions for entry into the Contest; providing the following for the Primary Contact and the other eligible Individual Member that make up the Entrant: Bride and Groom’s first and last names, street addresses, cities, states, zip codes, daytime telephone numbers (with area codes), genders, dates of birth, e-mail addresses, specification of which Individual Member of the Entrant Couple is the Primary Contact, acknowledgement that the Entrant Couple is engaged and will not be married before the awarding of the Grand Prize (detailed below) on a date to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors and acknowledgement that both Individual Members of the Entrant Couple are able and willing to travel between the dates specified by the Sponsors. After providing this information, the Primary Contact will be directed to submit an essay answer (in 1500 characters or less) to the following question “When did you and your significant other first realize you were meant to be together?", and upload your Entry Photograph that depicts both individual Members of the Entrant Couple (the required personal information of both Individual Members, the essay and the Entry Photograph to be known collectively as the “Phase One Entry”). Entry Photograph must be submitted in .jpg file format, with a maximum file size of 500k. ONLY ONE (1) PHASE ONE ENTRY PER ENTRANT COUPLE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS CONTEST.

  • Phase One Entries will be reviewed and judged by the Contest Judges, according to the Judging Criteria set forth in Section 3, below. Up to twenty (20) Entrants whose Phase One Entries have obtained the highest scores at the conclusion of the Phase One judging, as determined by the Contest Judges in accordance with these Rules, will be declared the (potential) Semi-Finalists. Phase One judging to determine up to twenty (20) Semi-Finalists will conclude on/about 3/18/08. The decisions of the Contest Judges are final and binding. For the resolution of Phase One ties, see the Resolution of Ties section, below.

  • AN ENTRANT COUPLE MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE PHASE ONE ENTRY. IF AN ENTRANT COUPLE ATTEMPTS TO ENTER MORE THAN ONCE, ONLY THE FIRST PHASE ONE ENTRY RECEIVED WILL BE ACCEPTED AND JUDGED AS DETAILED ABOVE. ANY ATTEMPTED ENTRIES/PARTICIPATION OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED HEREUNDER WILL DISQUALIFY THE CONTESTANT FROM ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.

  • Phase Two

  • The up to twenty (20) (potential) Semi-Finalists will be contacted by the Contest Administrator and each of the (potential) Semi-Finalists’ Individual Members will be required to execute and return (i) all required paperwork and (ii) an Entry Video, in VHS or DV tape format or on DVD, or .avi or Quicktime format on CD or DVD, of themselves answering the question “When did you and your significant first realize you were meant to be together?”. Entry Video must not exceed one (1) minute in length. On or about 3/18/08, the Contest Administrator will send via overnight delivery to the address appearing on the Phase One Entry for the Primary Contact of the (potential) Semi-Finalist, for delivery on or about 3/19/08, a congratulatory package that includes an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Submission and Release Agreement and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release form (the “Affidavit”) for each Individual Member. In order for the (potential) Semi-Finalist to be declared a Semi-Finalist and to continue in the Contest and potentially be able to redeem the Grand Prize, both Individual Members appearing in the Entry Video submitted by the (potential) Semi-Finalist will be required to execute and notarize the Affidavit (each Individual Member will have to execute and notarize his or her own Affidavit) and return it to the Contest Administrator by 4/1/08. In addition, to be able to continue in the Contest and potentially be able to redeem the Grand Prize, both Individual Members of each of the (potential) Semi-Finalists will each need to complete and send back to the Contest Administrator their Taxpayer Identification Numbers on a completed Form W9. If any Individual Member of a potential Semi-Finalist is a minor in the jurisdiction in which he or she resides, his or her parent or legal guardian will be required to execute all required documents on said minor's behalf. A prepaid overnight delivery air bill will be included in the congratulatory package to facilitate the return of the executed/notarized Affidavits, the completed W9 form, any other requisite documentation requested by Sponsors (“Documentation”), and the Entry Video. Each (potential) Semi-Finalist’s Individual Member’s Documentation and Entry Video must be returned and received by the Contest Administrator by 4/1/08 or Entrant will be disqualified from continuing to Phase Three.

  • Phase Two Entries will be reviewed and judged by the Contest Judges, according to the Judging Criteria set forth in Section 3, below. The (up to) four (4) Semi-Finalists whose Entry Videos have obtained the highest scores at the conclusion of Phase Two, as determined by the Contest Judges in accordance with these Rules, will be declared the (potential) Finalists. Phase Two judging to determine the up to four (4) Finalists will conclude on 4/2/08. The decisions of the Contest Judges are final and binding. For the resolution of Phase Two ties, see the Resolution of Ties section, below. At the conclusion of Phase Two judging, the Entry Videos which were not selected as Finalists will be designated as the Runner-Up Pool.
  • Phase Three

  • Phase Three consists of Voters logging on to the Contest Site and voting for the one Entry Video among the Finalists’ Entry Videos (if any) posted at the Contest Site the Voters determine, in accordance with the Judging Criteria set forth in Section 3 below, to be the highest scoring Entry Video. It is possible that no Entry Video will be posted at the Contest Site, if Sponsors determine that none of the Entry Videos, if any, was submitted by an eligible Entrant or by an Entrant that did not otherwise comply with these Rules, or that the Documentation submitted was deficient in any manner or otherwise not completed, submitted, or executed as provided for in these Rules. Phase Three will begin at 3:00 p.m. PT on 4/7/08, and end at 12:00 noon PT on 4/11/08. THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) VOTE PER VOTER PER DAY. At the end of Phase Three, the Finalist whose eligible Entry Video received the highest number of votes will be declared the Contest’s (potential) Grand Prize Winner. For resolution of Phase Three ties, see the Resolution of Ties section below. If the (potential) Grand Prize Winner is deemed ineligible or subject to disqualification for any other reason in accordance with these Rules, such Entrant will be disqualified and the Entrant whose eligible Entry Video, if any, garnered the next highest number of votes in Phase Three will be declared the new (potential) Grand Prize Winner. The new Entrant selectee, if any, and each of its Individual Members, must meet all eligibility requirements and otherwise be in compliance with these Rules in order for such Entrant to be declared the (potential) Grand Prize Winner. This process will continue until a Grand Prize Winner is determined from among the Finalists whose Entry Videos are posted on the Contest Site, unless the pool of any such Entry Videos or the Entrants associated with such Entry Videos are deemed ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, in which case Sponsors (and/or either of them) may at their (its) own discretion decide not to select a Grand Prize Winner, or select, based on the Judging Criteria, a Grand Prize Winner from among the Entrants represented in the Runner-Up Pool. The decisions of the Sponsors will be final and binding. Any new Entrant selectee, if any, and each of its Individual Members, must meet all the eligibility requirements and otherwise be in full compliance with these Rules in order to be declared the Grand Prize Winner.

2. Eligibility Requirements to Participate and/or Win and/or Benefit From A Prize. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. In addition to any other eligibility restrictions set forth in other parts of these Rules, the following eligibility requirements apply to Entrants, Individual Members, submitted Entry Photographs, submitted Entry Videos, and/or submitted essays:

  • the Entrant and each of its Individual Members (and/or the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the Entrant’s Individual Member(s) if any one or both such Individual Members is/are a minor) must agree to be bound by the Rules;
  • the Entrant’s Primary Contact must complete and execute all Documentation set forth in these Rules in a timely manner and as otherwise set forth in the Rules;
  • The recognizable likenesses of no persons other than the Entrant’s Individual Members should appear in an Entry Photograph submitted by such Entrant; but both Individual Members’ likenesses must appear in the Entry Photograph;
  • Neither the recognizable likenesses nor the voices of any persons other than the Entrant’s Individual Members should appear in an Entry Video submitted by such Entrant, but both Individual Members’ likenesses must appear in the Entry Video;
  • No third party brands, names, logos or marks should be visually recognizable in the Entry Photograph or the Entry Video, or referred to in the essay;
  • The presentation in both the Entry Photograph and the Entry Video must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, vulgar, racially or ethnically-motivated, invasive of another’s privacy, of poor quality (e.g., having scored less than 60 points out of a possible 100 point total (see Judging Criteria below), or otherwise objectionable, unfit for publication, posting, or otherwise dissemination for public viewing, all of the above as determined by Sponsors (and/or either one of them) in their (its) sole discretion;
  • Neither the Entry Photograph nor the Entry Video should make any visual or audio references to alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms, or any depiction or representation thereof, or be perceived as giving or threatening to give rise to criminal or civil liability, encouraging conduct that might constitute a criminal offense, or encouraging or providing instructional information about illegal activities;
  • No one other than the Individual Members of the Entrant shall have any right, title or interest in either the Entry Photograph or the Entry Video, or the Primary Contact shall have obtained from any third party with any right, title or interest in or to the Entry Photograph and/or the Entry Video, prior to his/her submission of either the Entry Photograph or the Entry Video into the Contest, the right and permission to submit, as applicable, the Entry Photograph and/or the Entry Video in accordance with these Rules and subject to the grant of rights set forth in these Rules and in any other documentation required to be completed, executed and submitted in accordance with the Rules;
  • the Entry Video should not contain music of any kind; and
  • the essay submitted as part of the Phase One Entry should be wholly original to (not copied from any other work) and the work of authorship of the Primary Contact who submits the essay on behalf of the Entrant Couple to whom the Primary Contact belongs.

3. Judging Criteria. All Phase One Entries and all Entry Videos submitted in this Contest (both written, photographed and video recorded) will be judged (by, as applicable, the Contest Judges in Phase One and Phase Two, and the Voters in Phase Three, in accordance with the following judging criteria (the “Judging Criteria”):

NO CONTESTANT RECEIVING A TOTAL SCORE OF LESS THAN 60 POINTS IN PHASE ONE WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO CONTINUE TO PHASE TWO OF THE CONTEST. NO CONTESTANT RECEIVING A TOTAL SCORE OF LESS THAN 60 POINTS IN PHASE TWO WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO CONTINUE TO PHASE THREE OF THE CONTEST.

4. Resolution of Ties. In the event of a Phase One Tie, the tied Entrant who received the higher total score from the Contest Judges in the “Essay Answer” category will be declared the (potential) Semi-Finalist. In the event of a remaining tie, the Contest Judges will re-score the tied Phase One Entries in both categories until the relevant tie is broken.

In the event of a Phase Two Tie (i.e., more than one Entry Video has received the same score), Contest Judges will re-judge the tied Entry Videos using the Judging Criteria until the relevant tie is broken.

In the event of a Phase Three Tie (i.e., more than one Finalist has received the identical number of online votes), Contest Judges will re-score the tied Finalists’ Entry Videos until the relevant tie is broken, and the (potential) Grand Prize Winner is determined.

5. Notification of (Potential) Grand Prize Winner. On or about 4/11/08, the Contest Administrator will attempt to contact the Entrant declared to be the (potential) Grand Prize Winner by telephone, between 12:00 p.m. PT and 2:30 p.m. PT, at the telephone number(s) appearing on (potential) Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members’ previously submitted Semi-Finalist Affidavits. If neither Individual Member of the (potential) Grand Prize Winner can be reached within this time period (as determined by Sponsor) and after a few reasonable attempts, and/or if (potential) Grand Prize Winner (or either of the Individual Members associated with the (potential) Grand Prize Winner) is found not to meet the eligibility requirements or is otherwise found not to be in compliance with these Rules, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the (potential) Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and, time permitting, as determined by Sponsors (and/or either of them) in their (its) sole and exclusive discretion, the Entrant associated with the Entry Video that received the next highest number of votes (as described above) in Phase Three will be deemed the (potential) Grand Prize Winner. If the new potential Grand Prize Winner, if any, or either of the Individual Members associated with it is (are) found not to meet all the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules, Sponsors (and/or either of them) may, in their (its) sole and exclusive discretion, determine that there is no Grand Prize Winner in this Contest or, time permitting , as determined by Sponsors (and/or either of them) in their (its) sole and exclusive discretion, continue this process and seek to select a new alternate from the pool of Entrants associated with the remaining Finalists’ Entry Videos and/or the Runner-Up Pool. Any new Entrant selectee, if any, and both of its Individual Members, will have to meet all eligibility requirements and otherwise be in compliance with these Rules in order to be declared the Grand Prize Winner.

6. Prizes. Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will consist of a trip (as detailed below) for the Individual Members that make up the Grand Prize Winner and up to two (2) travel companion guests to the premiere of the Picture (“Premiere”) in the Destination City, a non-denominational wedding (as detailed below) for the Individual Members that make up the Grand Prize Winner, with such ceremony to be held on the red carpet at the Premiere, a honeymoon trip (as detailed below) for the Individual Members that make up the Grand Prize Winner , a $3,000 Bed, Bath & Beyond® shopping spree awarded as a gift card to be used jointly by the Individual Members of the Grand Prize Winner, spending money awarded as $100 per diem per day per person (for each of the two Individual Members that make up the Grand Prize Winner and their (up to) two (2) travel companions, up to a maximum of $400 per day total) and a check in the amount of $10,000 paid to the Primary Contact (“Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $40,170 (based on the number of people participating in the Grand Prize travel detailed above and certain selections made by the Bride and Groom).
The Grand Prize trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest each of the four (4) travelers’ U.S. city of residence to the Destination City; (ii) six (6) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (up to four single standard rooms; room and room tax, only) at a hotel in the Destination City selected by Sponsors; (iii) admission for Grand Prize Winner and up to two (2) guests to the Premiere and after party, R/T airport/hotel and hotel/Premiere ground transfers, and spending money awarded as $100 per diem per day per person (for each of the two (2) Individual Members that make up the Grand Prize Winner and their (up to) two (2) travel companions up to a maximum of $400 per day total).

The wedding ceremony portion of the Grand Prize includes the following: (i) wedding ceremony on the red carpet at the Premiere; (ii) a Selia Yang wedding gown for the Bride (alterations not provided) from one of the following two Selia Yang designs only: Anika or Serena), in available sizes; (iii) groom’s tuxedo rental (alterations not provided) from select styles and available sizes; (iv) a bridal bouquet provided by Fleurop; and (v) Damiani, 18K diamond wedding band for both the Bride and Groom from the D.Side Collection; a men’s D.Side band will have ten (10) diamonds total and a women’s D.Side band will have twenty (20) diamonds total. Both Bride and Groom will have the choice of 18K white or yellow gold bands.

The honeymoon portion of the Grand Prize includes the following: (i) R/T economy (coach) class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s U.S. city of residence to Paris, France; (ii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (one double standard room; room and room tax, only) at The Hilton Arc de Triomphe in Paris; (iii) transfer from Paris to Venice, Italy via TGV Train (two (2) standard seats; (iv) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (one double standard room; room and room tax, only) at Hilton Molino Stucky Venicein Venice; and (v) one (1) breakfast and a welcome dinner at the Aromi Restaurant and Aromi Bar in Venice.

Specific Destination City, dates of travel to Destination City, air carrier(s), hotels, wedding ceremony officiant, decorations, flowers and those select available styles of clothing and rings for Bride and Groom to choose from are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors or their designee(s). The actual value of the travel portions of the Grand Prize may vary depending on cities of departure and destination, dates and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and hotel charges at the time of travel bookings and specific selections made by the Bride and Groom. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth below. Both Individual Members that comprise the Grand Prize Winner must be able to travel on dates necessary to attend the Premiere (as determined by Sponsors) and agree to be married at the Premiere with a date, time, city, location, and officiant to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors (and/or either of them), or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted. If either of the Individual Members associated with the Grand Prize Winner is at any time unable or unwilling to travel on the dates necessary to attend the Premiere, or to participate in the wedding at the Premiere, as detailed herein, the Entrant associated with the Entry Video that received the next highest number of votes (as described above) will be deemed the (potential) Grand Prize Winner, time permitting, as determined by Sponsors in their sole and exclusive discretion. Individual Members that comprise the Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license required for a legally binding wedding within the Destination City and for satisfying any other legal requirements for marriage in the state in which the Destination City is located. If either Individual Member of the Grand Prize winning couple is a minor in the jurisdiction in which he or she legally resides, said Individual Member’s parent or legal guardian will be required to be his or her travel companion. If either Individual Member of the Grand Prize winning couple or their respective travel companion(s) lives within 100 miles of the Destination City, airfare may not be provided for those individual(s), and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Any costs associated with Grand Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the Grand Prize and are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members and their respective travel companions. Such costs may include, without limitation, securing the marriage license, any unspecified ground transportation, any unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, trip and travel insurance and premiums, passport fees, additional meals, drinks, incidentals, excursions, gratuities, telephone calls, charges for changing dates or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winning couple and their respective travel companions. All travel arrangements are to be administered by West Coast Marketing or its designee. Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members and their respective travel companions will be required to travel on the same departure date and return date. Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members and their respective travel companions will be required to provide valid U.S. Federal or state government issued photo ID at time of travel. If Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members elect to travel or partake in trip with no or fewer than two (2) travel guests, no additional compensation will be awarded. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members will be required to provide forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired honeymoon trip departure date. Grand Prize honeymoon trip must be scheduled and completed within one (1) year of Grand Prize award or this portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members will be required to provide valid passports at time of international travel. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the possession of either Individual Member that makes up the Grand Prize Winner, or in the possession of the travel companion(s) of the Grand Prize Winner’s Individual Members. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the Grand Prize; if a stopover occurs, the Grand Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsors. If for any reason the Picture is not released or the Premiere is cancelled, the Grand Prize Winner will receive the travel portion of the Grand Prize as detailed above as the complete and total Grand prize and no additional prize element will be substituted. Any unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsors.

Finalist Prizes: Each of the (up to) three (3) Finalists who are runners-up to the Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 Bed, Bath & Beyond® shopping spree, awarded as a gift card (“Finalist Prize”). Each Finalist Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the Primary Contact for the Finalist at time of entry in the Contest, but such prize may subsequently be rescinded by Sponsors at any time if Sponsors determine that a Finalist that was awarded a Finalist Prize or either of the Individual Members associated with any such Finalist, did not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules or were otherwise not in compliance with these Rules.

Semi-Finalist Prizes: Each of the Semi-Finalists will receive a Made of Honor Gift Pack consisting of one (1) each of the following: hat, t-shirt and poster (“Semi-Finalist Prize”). ARV of each Semi-Finalist Prize is $50. Each Semi-Finalist Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the Primary Contact for the Semi-Finalist at time of entry in the Contest, but such prize may subsequently be rescinded by Sponsors at any time if Sponsors determine that a Semi-Finalist that was awarded a Semi-Finalist Prize or either of the Individual Members associated with any such Semi-Finalist, did not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules or were otherwise not in compliance with these Rules.

No transfer or substitution for any prizes (or prize components) allowed, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize (or prize component) of comparable value. No cash equivalent for any Grand, Finalist or Semi-Finalist Prize allowed. All federal, state, and/or other taxes, if any are sole responsibility of the Primary Contact named on the winning entry. Prize winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the year in which the prize is awarded.

7. General Contest Conditions; Sponsors’ Right to Modify or Suspend Contest or Any Parts Thereof. By participating, each Contestant (and the parent/legal guardian of any Individual Member who is a minor) agrees to be bound by these (i) Rules, (ii) all Applicable Laws, and (iii) the Documentation and all other documentation executed by the Individual Member (and/or the parent or legal guardian of any Individual Member if the Individual Member is a minor). All Documentation and other documentation required to be executed hereunder and the Phase One Entries and the Entry Videos shall remain the property of Sponsors and shall not be returned. All materials generated in connection with the Contest (including, without limitation, score sheets, online voting records, and other judging materials) shall be deemed Sponsors’ proprietary and confidential information. By entering the Contest, each Individual Member (and his/her parent or legal guardian if the Individual Member is a minor) agrees that an Entry Photograph and/or Entry Video may be webcast and posted on any websites associated with the Contest, may be broadcast or cablecast, by any of the Contest Entities and/or their licensees and/or authorized designees and may otherwise be Used (as defined below) and made available for all purposes associated with the Contest and/or as otherwise permitted by these Rules or the Documentation. Entry Photographs and/or Entry Videos as webcast on the Contest Site and/or on any other site as permitted hereunder or determined by Sponsors (and/or any one of them) in their (its) sole and exclusive discretion may differ from the Entry Photographs and/or Entry Videos submitted by Entrants due to technical errors, compatibility problems, modifications and/or editing by Sponsors (and/or any one of them and/or any of their or its authorized designees or licensees), and neither of the Sponsors nor any such other licensees or authorized designees of the Sponsors (and/or any one of them) shall have any liability related thereto. Sponsors (and each of them) reserve(s) the right to, at any time, cause the removal of any of the Entry Photographs and/or Entry Videos from any site associated with the Contest (including, without limitation, the Contest Site), and/or deem disqualified from further participation into the Contest, any Contestant appearing in or associated with any such removed Entry Photograph and/or Entry Video, in the event of an error (by any of the Contest Entities) or determination by Sponsors (or either of them) that the removed Entry Photograph and/or removed Entry Video and/or any of the Contestants associated with any such removed materials did not comply with the eligibility or other requirements set forth in these Rules. Any Contestant or Voter that Sponsors or any of the other Contest Entities finds to be: (i) tampering with the operation of the Contest (including, but not limited to, the voting components) through any means, including, without limitation, the use of automated computer programs or any bots or other non-human mechanisms, entities or devices) or the operation of the Contest Site; (ii) acting in violation of the Rules or any of the Applicable Laws; or (iii) acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, harass, harm, mislead, or defraud any other individual or entity; will be ineligible to win or benefit from a prize and Sponsors will seek all remedies available to them, including, if appropriate, filing appropriate complaints with legal authorities. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE CONTEST, ANY OF ITS PHASES, OR ANY COMPONENT PARTS THEREOF ARE NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS ORIGINALLY PLANNED, SPONSORS (OR EITHER OF THEM), AT THEIR (ITS) SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND OR MODIFY THE CONTEST (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY OF ITS PHASES AND/OR ANY COMPONENT PARTS THEREOF, AND/OR THESE RULES (IN WHOLE OR IN PART), AND/OR ANY OF THE PRIZING TO BE AWARDED HEREUNDER) IN A MANNER THAT IS FAIR AND EQUITABLE AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS (OR EITHER OF THEM) IN THEIR (ITS) SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION. Contest Entities shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsors’ sole control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence). Contest Entities shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), or other transportation companies, hotel(s), or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same, or loss or damage to baggage.

8. Grant of Rights. By participating in the Contest, each Individual Member (and the Individual Member’s parent or legal guardian if the Individual Member is a minor) hereby grants and agrees to grant to CTMG, its affiliates, successors, licensees, assignees and other authorized designees, a perpetual, fully-paid, royalty-free, transferable, fully sublicenseable, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to, videotape, record, photograph, interview, exhibit, edit, reproduce, transmit, post, webcast, broadcast, cablecast, stream, podcast, make available for download, disseminate, and/or otherwise aurally and/or visually exploit (any one or more of the foregoing referred to as “Use”), as applicable, (i) the Phase One Entry (and each component thereof), (ii) the Entry Video, if one was submitted by the Entrant with whom the Individual Member is associated, and (iii) the Individual Member’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, performance, sounds and/or biographical data as such may appear in the Phase One Entry and/or the Entry Video submitted by the Entrant with whom the Individual Member is associated, and, if the Individual Member is part of any of the Finalists or the Grand Prize Winner, the Individual Member’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, performance, sounds and/or biographical data as such may appear in any recordings of the appearance and/or performance of the Individual Member during the Premiere, during the wedding ceremony, during the after-party, during any press junket for the Picture, and/or in any publicity, interview and/or other Contest and/or Picture-related appearance(s) and/or performances(s) taking place while in the Destination City prior to or following the marriage ceremony. All of the foregoing shall apply in any media, manner, technology or content delivery mechanism now known or hereinafter devised, for each one or more of the following purposes: (A) in connection with the Contest, its administration, judging, vote seeking, vote tallying, promotion, advertising and/or publicity, and/or (B) otherwise in connection with the promotion, advertising, publicity and/or other exploitation of the Picture (including, without limitation its theatrical and home entertainment release), and/or any subsidiary and ancillary rights of any nature relating to the Picture, and/or (C) as otherwise desired by CTMG in its sole discretion not in connection with the Contest or the Picture, each of the foregoing without the necessity of further consent or any payments.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. CONTEST ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR VOTES ENTERED BY OTHER THAN HUMAN MEANS (SUCH AS BY AN AUTOMATED COMPUTER PROGRAM, BOT OR ANY OTHER NON-HUMAN MECHANISM, ENTITY, OR DEVICE), IN EXCESS OF THE STATED LIMIT, OR FOR VOTES THAT ARE LATE, FORGED, DESTROYED, LOST, MISPLACED, MISDIRECTED, TAMPERED WITH, INCOMPLETE, DELETED, DAMAGED, GARBLED, OR OTHERWISE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES, AND ALL SUCH VOTES (AS APPLICABLE) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH CONTESTANT AND EACH VOTER (AND ANY APPLICABLE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN IF AN INDIVIDUAL MEMBER OR VOTER IS A MINOR) AGREES: (I) TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DOCUMENTATION AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS; (II) TO WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY WITH RESPECT TO THESE RULES; (III) WAIVE ALL OF CONTESTANT’S AND/OR VOTER’S RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING AGAINST ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES; AND (IV) TO RELEASE EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND/OR OTHER AUTHORIZED DESIGNEES FROM ANY LIABILITY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, EXPENSE, ACCIDENT, DELAY, INCONVENIENCE OR IRREGULARITY) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, AS APPLICABLE: (A) CONTESTANT’S AND/OR VOTER’S PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST (AND/OR ANY PARTS THEREOF); (B) AMBIGUOUS JUDGING CRITERIA; (C) TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE RULES OR IN ANY OFFLINE, OR ONLINE CONTEST-RELATED PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS; (D) ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION, DEFECTS IN, USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF); (E) ANY CHANGE IN PRIZING AS PERMITTED HEREUNDER OR OTHERWISE DUE TO REASONS BEYOND ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES’ CONTROL; (F) HUMAN ERROR; (G) INCORRECT OR INACCURATE TRANSCRIPTION, RECEIPT, TRANSMISSION, CODING, TRANSCODING, OR COMPUTING OF ANY VOTE OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS; (H) ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY WEB SITE, TELEPHONE NETWORK, COMPUTER, ONLINE SYSTEM, COMPUTER DATING MECHANISM, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, INTERNET OR WIRELESS SERVICE PROVIDER, U.S. MAIL SERVICE, PRIVATE MAIL SERVICE OR COURIER UTILIZED BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES OR BY A CONTESTANT; (I) INTERRUPTION OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE CONTEST SITE OR ANY OTHER PARTICIPATING WEB SITES, ANY CONTEST-RELATED WEB PAGES, OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE VIA THE INTERNET, OR WIRELESS SERVICE DUE TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY OR OTHER PROBLEMS; (J) ANY LOST/DELAYED DATA TRANSMISSIONS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, AND/OR ANY OTHER ERRORS OR MALFUNCTIONS; (K) ANY WRONGFUL, NEGLIGENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY OTHER CONTESTANT OR INDIVIDUAL PURPORTING TO ACT ON BEHALF OF ANY SUCH CONTESTANT, AND/OR ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OF THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR AUTHORIZED DESIGNEES; (L) ANY WRONGFUL, NEGLIGENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES; AND/OR (M) ANY OTHER CAUSE, CONDITION OR EVENT WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE CONTROL OF ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES. EACH WINNER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE OR COMPONENT THEREOF.

10. Indemnification. Each Contestant (and if applicable, the parent/legal guardian of any Individual Member deemed a minor) shall indemnify and hold harmless each of the Contest Entities, their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, shareholders and/or members (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, expenses, and/or liabilities resulting or arising from or connected with, or claimed to have arisen, resulted from or be connected with: (i) the Contest; (ii) the Contestant’s entry, participation, attempt to participate or inability to participate, in the Contest or in any parts thereof; (iii) submission and/or use of any of the Phase One Entries and/or any of the Entry Videos; (iv) the Contestant’s failure to comply with any one or more of the Rules or any Applicable Laws; (v) the breach or alleged breach of any warranty, representation (including, without limitation any eligibility-related representation) or covenant made by the Contestant or any other Contestant in connection with the Contest (including, without limitation, in any of the documentation required to be executed in connection with the Contest and/or the redemption of any prizing; (vi) the participation, inability to participate, and/or conduct of the Contestant and/or any of the Contestant’s travel companion(s) and/or other guests at any event related to the Contest, its prizing, publicity or promotion; (vii) if the Contestant is declared the Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize Winner’s marriage; and (viii) any right or benefit granted by the Contestant and/or any of the Contestant’s travel companion(s) to any of the Contest Entities in connection with the Contest.

11. ARBITRATION. BY ENTERING INTO THIS CONTEST, EACH CONTESTANT (AND ANY INDIVIDUAL MEMBER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN IN THE CASE OF ANY INDIVIDUAL MEMBER WHO IS A MINOR) AND EACH VOTER (AND ANY VOTER’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN IN THE CASE OF A VOTER WHO IS A MINOR) AGREES THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS CONTEST (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ITS PRIZING) OR THESE RULES, OR THE ARBITRABILITY OF ANY SUCH CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE §§ 1280 ET SEQ. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES). IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY JAMS. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS BASED. THE PARTIES WILL SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR’S FEES AND ARBITRATION EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER COSTS UNIQUE TO THE ARBITRATION HEARING (RECOGNIZING THAT EACH SIDE BEARS ITS OWN DEPOSITION, WITNESS, EXPERT AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF THE MATTER WERE BEING HEARD IN COURT). NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY REQUIRE THAT SUCH FEES BE BORNE IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE ARBITRATOR DETERMINES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE TO BE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Governing Law. The internal substantive laws (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) of the State of California and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California shall govern the validity and interpretation of these Rules and all other causes of action (whether sounding in contract or in tort) arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Rules.

13. Waiver of Injunctive Relief. Each Contestant and Voter (and any applicable parent/legal guardian) understands and agrees that he/she shall have no right to enjoin or restrain the development, production, advertising, promotion, distribution or exploitation of the Picture, the Contest, or any other movie, production or project of CTMG or any of its affiliates.

For a copy of these Rules or the Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Made of Honor “Get Married at the Premiere” Contest - Rules/Winners List (specify which), c/o West Coast Marketing, 22287 Mulholland Highway, #396, Calabasas, CA 91302. All requests must be received by April 11, 2008. The Rules will be made available on the Contest Site throughout the Contest Period.
