THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE U.S. AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”) AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT LEGAL RESIDENT OF ONE OF THOSE AREAS.

1. Eligibility: The Perfect Match DVD Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to current legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of January 24, 2006. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Employees, officers, and directors of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (“Sponsor”), Hilltop New Media, Inc., Sony Pictures Digital, Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, licensees, service providers, and any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
   
   
   
2. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT) on January 24, 2006, and ends at 3:00 p.m. PT on March 1, 2006 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, access http://www.SonyPictures.com/PerfectDVD (“Web Site”) and follow the online instructions to complete (and thereafter submit) the Sweepstakes entry form (“Entry”). Information required on the entry form consists of your First Name, Last Name, Home Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip, Phone Number (including area code), Email Address, Gender, and Date of Birth (collectively “Entry Information”). All Entry Information must be completed in full. Entries must be received by 3:00 p.m. PT on March 1, 2006. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per calendar day. Multiple entries by the same person in excess of this limit will be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry into the Sweepstakes.
   
   
   
3. Prize/Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Turks and Caicos Islands (one destination). Grand Prize consists of: round trip economy class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to Turks and Caicos Islands (destination and airports designated for travel are subject to the sole discretion of air supplier); standard accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (one room/double occupancy); breakfast, lunch, and dinner as provided by the all-inclusive resort (subject to terms and conditions of resort destination; alcohol not included); ground transportation to and from airport and resort. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,895. Actual value of Grand Prize depends on the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received. Trip must be completed by March 31, 2007. A minimum of 21 days advance travel notice is required. Travel arrangements will be made through the travel coordinator designated by Sponsor. Airline and flight times to be selected by air supplier at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. Grand Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other conditions and restrictions provided by prize coordinator/supplier. Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s guest must be at least 18 years of age. If winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian must accompany him, and such person must arrange and pay for all of his/her expenses unless determined to be the allotted guest. If guest of winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian must accompany him, and such person must arrange and pay for all of his/her expenses unless determined to be the winner. If winner elects to travel alone or not partake in any provided prize component, no additional compensation will be awarded. If any component of the prize is unavailable for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, the prize will be awarded with the exception of such prize component(s), and the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation, and no substitute prize component (as applicable) shall be awarded. All other costs associated with accepting, redeeming and using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest, including, but not limited to, any unspecified air and ground transportation, and other like transportation, accommodations, state and local government surcharges, excursions, gratuities, incidental expenses, drinks, unspecified meals, licenses, registrations, necessary and required travel documents (e.g. passports), telephone calls, fees or charges for changing dates, trip and travel insurance premiums (trip and travel insurance is not included). Any depictions of the prize are for illustrative purposes only. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the Grand Prize (or prize component including, but not limited to, gift certificate), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the Grand Prize (or prize component) with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of advertised Grand Prize/prize component. All federal, state, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the year in which the Grand Prize is awarded from the Sponsor for the total ARV noted in these rules.
   
   
   
4. Drawing and Notification of Winner: Potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received in a drawing to be held on or about March 15, 2006 (“Drawing Date”), by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by phone (at the phone number provided on that entrant’s Entry) within two (2) weeks of the Drawing Date. If potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian.
   
   
   
5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). After notification, potential winner (his/her parent or legal guardian if winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to execute, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other documentation that the Sponsor may require (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), within five (5) days after receipt, or potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Official Rules. Guest of winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (“Guest Release”) within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner. Once submitted, Entries and the corresponding Entry Information become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html and except where prohibited by law, entry and/or winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission of such participant (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Winner also agrees and acknowledges that his/her personal information will be shared with Sponsor’s partners for purposes of prize fulfillment. Additionally, if an entrant chooses to opt-in to a specific offer from a participating Sweepstakes Entity, his/her personal information will be subject to that Sweepstakes Entity’s privacy policy and terms of service (if applicable), and such entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that particular Sweepstakes Entity. Respective privacy policies of Sweepstakes Entities participating in opt-ins will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry page. Sponsor is in no way responsible for any independent offers from the Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, the Web Site, or any Web page or Web banner ad related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win the prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes and instruct the Sweepstakes Administrator to conduct the drawing and award the prize from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted the winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
   
   
   
6. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in the Sweepstakes; typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; acceptance/possession, defects, and/or use/misuse of the prize; cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other person providing any of the components of the prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor or any of the Sweepstakes Entities’ control; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Sweepstakes or by entrant; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Sweepstakes Entities.

Box 6862, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by May 1, 2006. The Official Rules will be available on the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period.
