I selected the "Transfer PC Version" option and nothing appeared to happen; so where's my movie?
During the copy process, if we didn't find a 'My Videos' folder associated with your User account on your PC, the file was copied into the root directory, or 'C:\'. If you attempted the "Transfer PC Version" option multiple times, you may see additional files named with the movie title followed by a number. For example, there may be a Resident_Evil_Extinction_2007_PC.wmv, a Resident_Evil_Extinction_2007_PC2.wmv, Resident_Evil_Extinction_2007_PC3.wmv, etc. The duplicate files with the numbers in their name can be deleted. You can move the Resident Evil WMV file to any folder you wish on your hard drive, such as My Documents. To unlock the file, simply double click on it to begin the unlock process. If you are still having problems, please contact Customer Service.
