THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C.") AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY. THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT A PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENT OF ONE OF THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OR D.C. AND AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF JANUARY 9, 2008.

1. Eligibility: The SPN 2008 Season Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States (and the D.C.), who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 13 years of age or older as of January 9, 2008, and are members in good standing of the Sony Pictures Network ("SPN"). Employees of Hilltop New Media, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, the Sweepstakes administrator, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
   
   
2. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on January 9, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). This Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) monthly sweepstakes: Each monthly sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on the respective 1st and last day of each month, with the exception of the January monthly sweepstakes which begins on January 9, 2008. You must be registered with SPN to be eligible to win a prize. IF YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH SPN PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED. If you are not registered with SPN, access the SPN registration page located at http://www.sonypictures.com/spn/ ("Web Site") and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the registration form. Information required on the registration form consists of your Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Phone Number (with Area Code), Zip Code, and your choice of "Password" (collectively, "Registration Information"). All required Registration Information must be completed in full. Participants can only register with the Web Site under one (1) email address. Once an email address has been registered by a participant, that email address cannot be used by any other person for this Sweepstakes. Only the participant registered under a particular email address may participate in this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) registration per email address per person. Upon successfully registering for SPN, you will automatically be entered into this Sweepstakes ("Entry"). Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per monthly sweepstakes. Entries by the same person in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. In order to be eligible for a particular monthly sweepstakes, you must have registered with SPN no later than the end time and date for that monthly sweepstakes. Proof of delivery or receipt of your SPN registration will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.
   
   
3. Prizes/Odds of Winning. There are different prizes for each of the twelve (12) monthly sweepstakes.
   
   a. January. One (1) Prize: One (1) 8GB Walkman® Video MP3 Player (model: NWZ-S618FBLK) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $159.95).
   
   b. February. One (1) Prize: One (1) $250.00 Gift Card (ARV $250.00). Actual Gift Card awarded to be at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   c. March. One (1) Prize: One (1) PlayStation® Portable (ARV $169.99) and Game Pack consisting of 2 games (ARV $59.98). Actual games awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   d. April. One (1) Prize: One (1) DVD Player (model: DVP-NS77H/B) (ARV $99.99) and collection of 6 DVD's (ARV $150.00). Actual DVD's awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   e. May. One (1) Prize: One (1) SPT TV Merchandise Pack. Actual items awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion and may include but are not limited to one (1) each of the following: a robe, a mug, and a mouse pad. (ARV $150.00).
   
   f. June. One (1) Prize: One (1) Cyber-shot® DSC-W55 Digital Camera (model: XS-D170S1) (ARV $179.99) and one (1) Picture Station™ Digital Photo Printer DPP-FP70 (model: DPP-FP70) (ARV $149.99).
   
   g. July. One (1) Prize: One (1) Xplod 2-way speaker system (model: VGN-N130P/B) (ARV $79.99); one (1) 2GB Walkman® Video MP3 Player (model: NWZ-S615FBLK) (ARV $89.95); and 5 Sony Movie soundtracks (ARV $75.00). Actual soundtracks awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   h. August. One (1) Prize: TV on DVD Library including 5 DVD sets (ARV $150.00). Actual DVD's awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   i. September. One (1) Prize: One (1) Sony Reader Digital Book (model: PRS-505/SC) (ARV $299.99).
   
   j. October. One (1) Prize: Horror Merchandise prize pack and 4 classic Horror flicks on DVD (ARV $150.00). Actual merchandise and DVD's awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   k. November. One (1) Prize: One (1) Private Hometown Screening of a film for winner and up to 100 guests. Actual movie awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion (ARV $500.00).
   
   l. December. One (1) Prize: One (1) PLAYSTATION®(40GB) (Model: PS398006) (ARV $399.99).
   
   Total ARV of all prizes: $3,114.81. Odds of winning a prize for a particular monthly sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible Entries (registered SPN members) at the end time and date for that particular monthly sweepstakes.
   
   Gift Card/Certificates Conditions: Gift cards/certificates cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer and are subject to stated terms and conditions.
   
   Movie Screening Conditions: If November monthly winner elects to partake in the Screening without any guests or with fewer than 100 guests, then the remaining elements of the screening prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Screening is subject to theater availability and general release date of selected Sony Pictures Entertainment film. Screening includes rental of the screen at the theater showing a Sony Pictures Entertainment film. Screening is for one (1) showing only. November monthly winner may choose from the following times, which are subject to approval by the theater selected by Sponsor: Monday - Thursday during business hours; Saturday and Sunday morning matinee time period only; no screening opportunities on Friday. Screening must be completed within one (1) year from notification of winning. Screening is subject to theater availability and general release date. Any Sony Pictures Entertainment film may be selected (approval of which is to be made by Sony Pictures Entertainment in its sole discretion). Screening is subject to usual MPAA ratings and corresponding age restrictions for November monthly winner and guest attendance. If the November monthly winner or a screening guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian must accompany him/her, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the November monthly winner or one of the allotted 100 guests. All expenses associated with traveling to and from the theater are the sole responsibility of the November monthly winner and his/her respective guests. All other expenses, including, but not limited to, food, drink, other concessions, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of November monthly winner and his/her respective guests, as applicable. Once screening date is determined, no change, extension, or substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. November monthly winner is responsible for admittance of guests to screening subject to standard theater policy.
   
   General Prize Conditions: Additional compensation will not be provided if actual value of any prize received is less than stated ARV. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, any required installation or requested product upgrades/options (as applicable) are the sole responsibility of each winner. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component) will be offered, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal value for any reason (e.g., discontinued models). Prize merchandise will be shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. only. Any depictions of a prize or prize elements are for illustrative purposes only. In the event that a component of any prize is not available for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded (except at Sponsor's sole discretion). Each winner will be solely responsible for all taxes on prize won. Sweepstakes administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.
   
   
4. Drawings and Notification of Winners: For each monthly sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries (registered SPN members) at the end time and date for that particular monthly sweepstakes in a drawing held on or about two (2) weeks later, conducted by Sweepstakes administrator, an independent judging organization. Non-winning Entries (registered SPN members) will be retained for subsequent monthly sweepstakes drawings, as applicable. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Each winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by phone and/or email within approximately two (2) weeks of the drawing date. If a potential winner is contacted by email for verification purposes, he/she will have three (3) business days within which to respond to the notification email, or his/her Entry will be disqualified and his/her prize forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If an entrant changes his/her email address or other contact information after he/she registers, it is his/her sole responsibility to update his/her Registration Information by logging in and making changes in his/her SPN account at http://www.sonypictures.com/spn/ prior to the end date of the Sweepstakes. Failure to update Registration Information may affect a potential winner's ability to receive a prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   
5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Once submitted, Registration Information becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html, except where prohibited by law, registering with SPN constitutes permission of such winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, such winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any Web page or Web banner ad related to Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes thereof and conduct any or all the drawings from all eligible Entries (registered SPN members) for that particular monthly Sweepstakes or all monthly Sweepstakes prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or in any manner that is fair and equitable. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant associated with a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said entrant must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
   
   
6. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries (SPN registrations) that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries (SPN registrations) that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By registering for SPN (entering Sweepstakes), each registrant/entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sweepstakes administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in Sweepstakes; acceptance/possession (including, but not limited to, delays by shipping companies), defects, and/or use/misuse of a prize; discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Registration Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the prize suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
   
   
7. Rules/Winners List: For a copy of these Official Rules or the Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: SPN 2008 Season Sweepstakes "Rules"/"Winners List" (specify which), P.O. Box 6614, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by March 2, 2009. The Official Rules will also be accessible from the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. The Winners List may be posted on the Web Site.
