1. Eligibility: The God of War Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein, who are existing Sprint PCS customers as of January 29, 2008 and who are 18 years of age or older as of that date. Employees, officers, and directors of Sony Pictures Television Inc. (“Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., the Sweepstakes administrator, each of the entities’ parent companies, affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and other related entities, each of the entities’ respective prize suppliers, authorized designees, any other individual or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

2. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 29, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on February 29, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter: Wireless Application Protocol (“WAP”) Phone Entry and Mail Entry.

a. WAP Phone Entry: To enter, use your WAP enabled Sprint PCS phone to access the Sweepstakes entry page (located at http://sprint.4sony.mobi/wap), via the link that will be featured on Sprint PCS’s WAP home page, and follow the instructions to complete (by inputting your Sprint PCS phone number) and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (“Phone Entry”). In order to submit a Phone Entry, you must be an existing Sprint PCS customer as of January 29, 2008. Standard WAP charges apply. Phone Entries will only be accepted from the Sweepstakes WAP portal and you can only access the Sweepstakes WAP portal and enter the Sweepstakes from a Sprint PCS phone. Limit one (1) Phone Entry per Sprint PCS phone number for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Phone Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on February 29, 2008.

b. Mail Entry: To enter, legibly hand print your First Name, Last Name, Home Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip, Date of Birth, and Sprint PCS phone number on a postcard (no larger than 4” x 6”) or on a piece of paper enclosed in a business size (#10) envelope, and mail, with proper postage affixed, to: God of War Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6493, Burbank, CA 91510 (“Mail Entry”). In order to submit a Mail Entry, you must be an existing Sprint PCS customer as of January 29, 2008. Limit one (1) Mail Entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail Entries must be sent by postal mail, be mailed separately, and received by March 5, 2008. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions of Mail Entries will be accepted.

All required Phone Entry or Mail Entry (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entry") information must be completed in full. Proof of submitting a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.

3. Prize/Odds of Winning. One (1) Prize of a PLAYSTATION® "God of War" Prize Pack. Prize Pack consists of: one (1) PLAYSTATION®3 (60GB) computer entertainment system (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $500); one (1) God of War®2 console game (ARV: $40); one (1) God of War® framed poster (ARV: $25); and one (1) God of War® Kratos action figure (ARV: $20). Total ARV of the Prize: $585. Odds of winning the Prize depends on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. Any costs, services, or equipment/merchandise associated with accepting, redeeming and using the Prize that is not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the Prize (or Prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the Prize (or Prize component) with a prize of equal value, whether due to the unavailability of the Prize, or for any other reason. Any depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be mailed to a street address within the 50 states of the U.S. or D.C. only. The Sweepstakes administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of the Prize.

4. Drawing and Notification of Winner. Potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in a drawing to be held on or about March 14, 2008 (“Drawing Date”) conducted by Sweepstakes administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential winner (or, if resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardians) will be notified by phone at the Sprint PCS phone number provided on his/her Sweepstakes Entry within approximately two (2) weeks of the Drawing Date. If potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, and/or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). After notification, potential winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), within five (5) days after receipt, or potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release, winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Official Rules. If winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Once submitted, Sweepstakes Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html, and except where prohibited by law, entry and/or winner’s acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission of winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and /or dispose of Sweepstakes Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, the use of automated computer programs or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device) or the Sweepstake WAP portal; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win the Prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes and conduct the drawing and award the Prize from all eligible, salvageable Sweepstakes Entries received, prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Phone Entry, the authorized account holder of the Sprint PCS phone associated with that Phone Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the person who is named account holder of the Sprint PCS phone. Said owner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the Sprint PCS phone and phone account. Sprint is a registered trademark of Sprint Nextel and has not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

6. Limitation of Liability: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or for Mail Entries that are postage-due or mutilated, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes Entries in the Sweepstakes, or for failure to receive Sweepstakes Entries due to transmission failures, technical failures of any kind, or mail delays and such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in the Sweepstakes (including, changes in an entrant’s Sweepstakes Entry information which affects the ability to contact such entrant); typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; acceptance/possession, defects, and/or use/misuse of the Prize; any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Sweepstakes Entry information; any technical malfunctions of the Sweepstakes WAP portal, WAP enabled Sprint PCS phones, wireless telephone network, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Sweepstakes or by entrant; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes WAP portal; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) Sprint PCS phone and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each entrant (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Entities. Winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) releases Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability/responsibility with respect to the Prize and/or the Sweepstakes (including any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death) and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Sweepstakes Entities.

7. ARBITRATION; WAIVER OF INJUNCTIVE RELIEF; GOVERNING LAW: BY SUBMITTING A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS IF THEY ARE RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DEEM THEM TO BE MINORS) AGREE THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES, THEIR ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE §§ 1280 ET SEQ. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES). IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY JAMS. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS BASED. ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS IF THEY ARE RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DEEM THEM TO BE MINORS) FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THEY SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY GAME OR MOVIE, PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF SPONSOR OR OF ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.

ENTRANTS (OR THEIR PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS IF THEY ARE RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS THAT DEEM THEM TO BE MINORS) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INTERNAL SUBSTANTIVE LAWS (AS DISTINGUISHED FROM THE CHOICE OF LAW RULES) OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTS MADE AND PERFORMED ENTIRELY IN CALIFORNIA SHALL GOVERN THE VALIDITY AND INTERPRETATION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND ALL OTHER CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES.
