By clicking "Continue" below, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions when submitting (whether online or offline) any ideas, suggestions, materials, videotapes, photographs, etc. (hereinafter, the "Submissions") to Judge Hatchett:

1. Neither Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., nor any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies or entities, including, but not limited to, Judge Hatchett (collectively, "SPE"), are obligated to use your Submission or to pay you for any Submission.
2. Your Submission(s) may be shared with the producers of Judge Hatchett and others at SPE in order to be considered for use by Judge Hatchett.
3. It is possible that similar Submissions may be submitted to SPE by multiple sources and that a Submission may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by Sony employees. You warrant that your Submissions do not violate any person's so-called "moral rights" or other similar or analogous rights under any applicable laws.
4. All Submissions shall become the sole property of SPE and will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality. SPE shall not be liable for any use or disclosure to a third party of any of the Submissions.
5. SPE shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights, including copyrights, to the Submissions, in perpetuity, throughout the universe. SPE shall be entitled to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, license, create derivative works from and distribute the Submissions in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed for any purpose without notice or compensation to the provider of any Submissions.
6. SPE may not review all Submissions, and SPE reserves the right to change due dates or other specifics for Submissions, as SPE deems necessary in its sole discretion.
