Denise doesn't want her ex-boyfriend Michael to think that since they're broken up he doesn't have to pay her back for car damages, towing fees, and an unpaid rent. Michael claims he was attacked at a bowling alley and it was his attackers that destroyed the car, and he denies owing her for back rent.

Icsha from Buffalo, NY is suing her older brother Jaymar for overages on a cell phone bill. Ichsa claims she let Jaymar borrow her phone, but he went way over the monthly minutes. Jaymar denies being responsible and says the phone already had an outstanding balance when his sister gave it to him.

Penny is suing her son James for stealing her credit card while she was in the hospital to purchase erotic videos. The son admits to buying one erotic video with his mother's card, but that he was entitled to it since he does so much work around her house. Penny wants her son to grow up and pay up, while James claims he already has but his mother won't let go.

Angel is bringing his15-year-old son Adrian to Judge Hatchett's court fearing that his bad behavior is going to end him up in jail. Adrian has been ditching school, drinking and smoking pot, but worst of all, he is on probation for grafitti "tagging." Judge Hatchett intervenes by sending Adrian to spend the day with two former taggers to learn how to turn his graffiti into art.
