Pamela Eells

A native Californian, Eells was born and raised in San Luis Obispo and attended Wellesley College in Boston. She went on to graduate school at Boston University before moving to New York City and getting a job as a page at the CBS Network News. Working her way up the ranks, she eventually became a studio producer.

After five years in New York, she moved to Los Angeles where she and her partner writer/producer Sally Lapiduss struck a development deal with GTG Entertainment to create, write and produce prime-time series.

Eells and Lapiduss served as story editors on the hit comedy series "Family Matters," as well as producers on the CBS series "Princesses" starring Fran Drescher . Eells also served as co-executive producer of "Mad About You" its first year before she and her partner went on to be co-executive producers of "The Nanny" during its freshman season.

When Lapiduss decided to take some time away from writing and producing, Eells continued as a supervising producer on "Brotherly Love," and as executive producer for the Columbia Pictures Television series "First Time Out."
