OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN 50 STATES OF THE U.S. AND D.C. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED..

1. Sweepstakes Description: The PYRAMID Super Six Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 5:45:00 a.m. on September 22, 2003 and ends at 5:44:59 a.m. on January 7, 2004 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Pacific Time ("PT"). This Sweepstakes consists of seven (7) separate drawings (on dates set forth below). As a result of those drawings a minimum of ten (10) entrants and a maximum of one hundred (100) entrants will be selected for a chance to win prizes in on air home viewer Super Six games ("Home Viewer Super Six Game") described below. At the election of Trackdown Productions, Inc., the Producer of the television game show PYRAMID ("Show"), at its sole discretion, the Home Viewer Super Six Game will be played between ten (10) and one hundred (100) times during the portion of the Show's production period beginning September 29, 2003 through January 31, 2004, on various days based on production exigencies. The number of prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes depends on how many times the Home Viewer Super Six Game is played on air and the corresponding results of the Show's in-studio contestants during the Super Six category in that show which offers a Sony Style prize. When the Home Viewer Super Six Game is to be played in a specific episode of Show, an announcement to that effect as well as the name and hometown area of the Selected Entrant (described below) may be made on air in the episode prior to the commencement of the Sony Style Super Six category round. If the in-studio contestant and celebrity on the Show correctly answers within the time allowed all six (6) parts of the Super Six category offering a Sony Style prize when the Home Viewer Super Six Game is played, the Selected Entrant will win a Home Viewer Super Six prize (described below) subject to verification of Selected Entrant's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If the in-studio contestant and celebrity on the Show fail to complete the round, as described above, the Selected Entrant receives a "Consolation Prize" and no Home Viewer Super Six prize is awarded for that episode.

2. How to Enter: Enter Online: During the Entry Period (5:45:00 a.m. PT on September 22, 2003 to 5:44:59 a.m. PT on January 7, 2004) watch any televised episode of the Show (not including episodes of Show carried on The ABC Family Channel (Cable Network)) airing weekdays (Monday - Friday) for the title of one of the Super Six categories played during that episode. Show episodes may air more than once per day in some areas. Check local listings for Show schedule, which may be changed or preempted without notice. Then, access www.pyramidgameshow.com during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online icons and/or textlinks to access the Sweepstakes entry page. Then, enter by completing and submitting your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone (where you can be reached between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT), Date of Birth, Gender (optional), your selected Show date(s) you watched and a corresponding correct Super-Six Category for that episode of the Show. The answer(s) must be correct to be eligible to win a prize. The entry form will be changed each Entry Day (An "Entry Day" is defined as 5:45:00 a.m. PT to 5:44:59 a.m. PT the following day, except for Saturday and Sunday which are combined into one "Entry Day" which runs from 5:45:00 a.m. PT on Saturday to 5:44:59 a.m. PT the following Monday) - each reflecting that day's and/or the previous day's Show Super Six Categories. All required information must be completed in full. In order to be eligible for a Sweepstakes drawing, your online entry must be received by 5:44:59 a.m. PT two (2) days after the air date on which you watched the particular episode of Show, except for Friday Super Six Categories which must be received by 5:44:59 a.m. PT the following Monday. For example, if the particular Show episode for which you submitted an Answer and corresponding online entry aired on a Monday, you would have until 5:44:59 a.m. PT the following Wednesday to submit your online entry. Limit of two (2) online entries per person/email address/Show date with a maximum of one (1) online submission of an entry form per Entry Day (maximum of ten (10) online entries per week). Once an email address has been entered by a participant, that email address cannot be used by any other person for the Sweepstakes. Only the participant entered under a particular email address may participate in the Sweepstakes. Enter by Mail: To enter without having to provide the title of a Super Six category for a corresponding Show episode, legibly hand print your first name, last name, daytime phone number where you can be reached between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT, mailing address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and gender and mail, with proper postage affixed, to: The PYRAMID Super Six Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 11479, Burbank, CA 91510 ("Alternate Entry.") Alternate Entries must be sent by postal mail, be mailed separately and be received by January 7, 2004. You may only submit one (1) telephone number per Alternate Entry. If more than one (1) telephone number is submitted, only the first number listed will be used for Sweepstakes purposes. Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.

3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of September 22, 2003. Employees of Sponsor (defined below), Sony Pictures Digital Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Sony Corporation of America, Sony e-Solutions, Sony Electronics Inc., Trackdown Productions, Inc., Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating stations and stations airing Show, service providers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and win any prize.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning: Up to one hundred (100) Home Viewer Super Six prizes. Each Home Viewer Super Six Game winner will receive the same Sony Style consumer electronic item prize that is won by the in-studio Show contestant on that particular episode of Show. The Home Viewer Super Six Prize awarded will be one (1) of the following Sony items, selected by Show at is sole discretion and announced on air during the particular episode of Show: a DVD Dream Package (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,250 each); a 32" WEGA® TV (ARV: $1,370 each); a MiniDVHandycam® (ARV: $1,260 each); a VAIO® V505 Notebook Computer (ARV: $1,480 each); a CLIÉ^TM Wireless Package (ARV: $1,200 each); a Digital Photo Studio (ARV: $1,353 each); a Digital Movie Studio (ARV: $1,690 each); or a Digital Music Studio (ARV: $1,630 each). Up to one hundred (100) Consolation Prizes. Each Consolation Prize is a PYRAMID Home Game. ARV of each Consolation Prize: $16.00. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded depends on the in-studio contestants and celebrities on the Show correctly answering, within the time allowed, all six (6) parts of the Super Six category offering a Sony Style prize when the Home Viewer Super Six Sony Style Game is played, but will not be greater than $169,000. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received for that particular Sweepstakes drawing and the results of the corresponding Show's on air contestant during the Super Six category portion of the Show. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal value for any reason. All prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes are sole responsibility of each winner.

5. Drawings and Notification of Winners: On the following dates (September 25, 2003; October 9, 2003; October 16, 2003; October 30, 2003; November 6, 2003; December 4, 2003; and January 8, 2004) an appropriate number of entries, plus alternates, will be randomly selected by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received by 12 noon PT on the business day prior to each particular drawing date and ordered by the sequence in which they were selected. Unselected entries will be retained for subsequent drawings, if any. The final drawing will take place January 8, 2004 from all unselected entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Each day that the Sweepstakes is played during the production period beginning September 29, 2003 and continuing through the last scheduled production date of January 31, 2004, a representative of the Show may call, depending on production exigencies, one (1) randomly selected entrant ("Selected Entrant") prior to the taping of Show (between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT) according to the sequential order in which each entry was randomly selected). Selected Entrant will be called at the telephone number furnished by Selected Entrant on his/her entry and notified that he/she is the Selected Entrant. If the original call to a Selected Entrant results in five unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the Show's representative will attempt to call again one (1) additional time. If the second call again results in five unanswered rings, a busy signal or an answering machine response, the entry of that Selected Entrant may be returned to the pool of unselected entries, as described below. If the call is answered before five rings and Selected Entrant comes to the telephone within approximately 60 seconds, the Selected Entrant will be confirmed of his eligibility verbally and, if eligible and available during the Show's broadcast (or taping), his/her name, voice, and hometown area may be broadcasted on-air during the Show if the in-studio contestant and celebrity on the Show correctly answer within the time allowed all six (6) parts of the Super Six category or prior to the play of the Home Viewer Super Six Game. If a call is placed to a Selected Entrant and, after the call is answered, the call is disconnected or technical difficulties are experienced during the call, the Show may make one (1) attempt to call the Selected Entrant back. If the Show is unable to call back the Selected Entrant that entry may be returned to the entry pool and an alternate Selected Entrant (in order of selection) may be called until one (1) Selected Entrant is reached and meets the conditions stated above.

6. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Each Selected Entrant (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively "Affidavit/Release"), within five (5) days after receipt or such potential winner may be disqualified. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release, such winner attests to the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. Once submitted, entry information becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html, except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and/or a winner's (or, if minor, winner's parent/legal guardian) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission of such entrant and/or winner (or, if minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, such winner's first name, last initial, city and state, photo, likeness, and on-air broadcast of winner's name, voice, and hometown area on Show. Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from any of the Sweepstakes Entities, entrant's personal information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from those companies. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry form. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any Web site related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win any prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned (e.g. Show schedule changes), Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawings from all salvageable entries received, if any. In case of a dispute over the identity of a entrant who submitted the winning entry, the owner of the email account associated with that entry may be deemed the entrant, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and must comply with these Official Rules and be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Sony Pictures Television Inc., which is solely responsible for all aspects of the Sweepstakes.

7. Disclaimers: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such entries will be disqualified. By entering for this Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, Super Six game play by the on-air contestants and disputes over scoring); human error (including misprints or incorrect promotional information on Sweepstakes promotional collateral material); incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed/duplicate/multiple data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities. Sponsor and other Sweepstakes Entities have no obligation to broadcast or otherwise make use of any footage containing winners' name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, statements, voice and/or address. Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible or liable for: garbled or incomplete phone calls, dropped lines, or busy phone lines. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellation, pre-emption, non-broadcast or out-of-normal-timeslot broadcast, in whole or in part, of any Show containing a Sweepstakes element and Sponsor may choose, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, due to such occurrences.
