RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT!® is searching for people with an incredible story to tell. If you would like to be featured on RIPLEYS BELIEVE IT OR NOT!® follow the steps below:

1.) Print out the RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT!® release form. To access the form CLICK HERE!
(To print the release form page, click on the "print" icon in your browser's toolbar at the top of the screen)

2.) Complete the top-half of the form (if there is more then one person appearing in your photographs(s) or video, each person must complete a separate Submission Release Form).

3.) After you've completed the top half of this form, read the Terms and Conditions below and sign at the bottom where indicated. If the person submitting the information is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must also sign the form on the line that reads "Parent/Guardian Signature."

4.) Then, mail the completed Submission Release Form, along with your photograph(s) and/or VHS videotape (up to 5 minutes in length) to:
