(Continued) Susan and her sister Lesley got their starts as models through their mother, who read an article on fashion modeling in "Seventeen" and decided to submit her daughters’ pictures to a top agency in New York. The agency immediately signed them both up. That was in 1968, and they’ve been working steadily ever since. Susan has been seen in magazines such as "Mademoiselle," "Vogue," "Seventeen," and "Teen" and in television commercials for Almond Joy, Noxema, and Cover Girl, among others.
