My big moment was upon me. Lights, camera, action! I was actually pretty cool with the whole being on TV thing. What was a little nerve-racking was the interview with Pat. I was so determined not to screw that part up. So there I was with my buzzer in hand, ready to pull the trigger for the first toss-up round.

Unfortunately, I wasn't the first to do so. My co-contestant Seth, beat me to it. He ended up being wrong however so the puzzle was up for grabs again. When I realized what the puzzle was, I was in amazement. It was, "Border Collie"! I was like, really? I barely had a chance to recover from my victory before it was time for my interview with Pat; the very part I was dreading. That's the downside of winning the first toss-up, you're the first to be interviewed by Pat. It started off pretty good, but as the questions continued every answer was "Yes, I am," with no further elaboration. He mentioned something about me liking to rap. Here was my shot to do a quicky rap for all of America to see, and all I said was, "Yes I do." Clearly Pat noticed the pattern and tried to put a little comedic spin on things. Oh well, so much for my shot at being discovered.

Well, thankfully I quickly got over my interview snafu by winning the first puzzle. My buddy Seth ended up winning the prize puzzle. At this point he now had a sizable lead. Things weren't looking so favorable for me. The game continued on, and before I knew it, we heard that famous sound that tells that it's time for the speed round. Would you believe I solved it?! All of a sudden, Pat starts walking over to me. What I didn't realize at that point was not only had I won the round, I won the whole game! And on top of that, I won by it by a mere $107! That's one dollar amount I'll never forget!

So now it was time to make a trip to Bonus Land. I spun the Bonus wheel, then walked hand in hand with Pat over to that special spot where all bonus round puzzle guessers have to stand. As the freebee letters (RSTLNE) popped up on the puzzle board I was pleased as punch at all the "dings" that I heard. I knew it, I knew it! I could hardly contain myself. It was "EXPERT IN THE FIELD." When Pat opened the card that was the icing on the cake. I thought it would be money, but a car never crossed my mind. Wow! Then my best friend Julie who was waiting in the wings, grabbed my hand and brought me over to my new ride: a brand new Audi! Don't get me wrong, money would have been great, but winning the car is like having a souvenir from the show. So whenever I look at the car I'll think of Wheel of Fortune. I'm so thankful to Pat, Vanna and the entire WOF team for making my Wheel experience something that I will treasure forever!
