DON'T FORGET YOUR MEDICINE

| | Comments (8)

For those of you who take medicines or vitamins and need to remember to do so each day, here's what I do. I keep the medicine by my toothbrush because I know that no matter where I am, I always brush my teeth in the morning and at night. So, when I go to brush my teeth, I see my medicine and remember to take it.

Boy Vanna do I know because I take bills every day also and that is a wize thing to think about to not forget to take your medicine... Thanks Vanna your fan: MayLyn

I have a good suggestion Vanna.Maybe you ought to try to use an alarm.I do this @ night and it seems to help me really well.

Your natural curly hair looks the very best. Please stay with the natural.

I use a 7-day pillbox which has am, lunch, pm & bedtime and works perfectly! They each come out of so you can carry in a purse or pocket.

Great product and great idea!

I like curly better but there is also the straight but ost defenitly curly hot girl!!!!

There are actually pill holders with alarms you can set! A handy product, although I'm certain it needs a battery which would add to the bulk. Also, in the pictures I've seen, they don't look very big.

I couldn't believe one year when I was taking the bus to my parent's house at Christmas time. I was waiting to check my bag, and the lady in front of me was having a FIT because they had needed 2 coaches for her assigned trip, and her INSULIN was in a checked bag that had ended up in the other coach, which had not yet arrived.
NEVER check your essential meds, no matter how short the anticipated trip--you never know what could come up!

Vanna, I keep my 7 day pill box in the kitchen by my instant coffee jar. I can't go without either one (pills or coffee). I fill this pill box with six pills plus vitamins and calcium. When I go on a trip I fill it and tape lids down with masking tape.
Your hair looks great all the time.

I have a 7-day pill box too. It helps me remember which pills need refilled. It also helps because I have to go out of town every week to help my sister caretake our Mom and Dad, so then I always have my meds too. We started putting Mom and Dads meds in small containers with their names on them at pill taking time. We wised up to that when Mom decided to get ahead of us one day and accidentally took Dad's instead of her's. She got very, very ill because his were for Parkinson's and didn't set well with her. She has Dimentia, so doesn't remember the episode, but we sure do.
