I ran with the torch for the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta. I took part in the Los Angeles leg of the relay. I only ran for a couple of blocks before passing it off to someone else, but it was very exciting! Here's something no one knows about that day: I had a broken toe! It hurt to run, but how could I not do it? It was a once in a lifetime experience!

Thought of my 1st opportunity in "Torch Relay".
1984 just about time of divestiture of the
MA-BELL telephone companies. Have you & Pat thought of sharing your appearance with your Families. 2nd thought, truly think it may be safer
not showing them, different World in this day.
Have always enjoyed this show! Thank you both!
Know how you felt...I carried the Torch in Newtowne
Square, Pa on June 19th. Wasn't that a great experience????? Also, since you mentioned that you are converting your VHS tapes to DVD's, I have a question????What are you doing with your old VHS tapes???? I am doing the same thing and don't want to just throw them away....

Ouch!! How'd you break it?? I'm sure it was too much pain for you. You at least got some excersize. I once badly bruised my left ankle. It hurt for a week. It was pain!! It was okay when I was in the pool. I could hop in it. This pool used to have a diving board.
