Stella and Kiki are beautiful! I can relate well, there wasn't a time in my life without a cat.. have three cats at home and they make life more joyful. Of course, they can be difficult at times- they know what they're not supposed to do but do it anyway.. such as hopping on the counter, they'll stay there until he or she sees someone enter the kitchen, haha! Thank you for sharing your lovely kitties with us, they are well taken care of for they have a brilliant owner!

Hi Vanna: I just discovered the LionBrand podcast and heard the interview with you back in 2008. You really are an inspiration to us yarncrafters. I can't tell you the number if demeaning comments I get when people see me crochet or knit...."Oh, I wish I could do that but I just don't have time" implying that I have nothing to do in my life that is IMPORTANT. (I am a full time attorney, wife and mother). So my response is usually, how much time do you spend watching tv or movies at home? How much time do you spend waiting in doctor's offices? Everyone can make time if they want to. Anyway, I've always enjoyed Wheel of Fortune but I am an even bigger fan of yours now with your endorsement of yarn crafting. I have your book of afghans and I plan to make many more to give away. Thanks for all you do.

I have always had cats, too. My cat Moe is now almost 14-and she still loves to chase birds! My other kitty-who looked so much like your Kiki-was hit by a car in January. I really miss him. I love dogs,too. Pets make our lives so much happier and more fun.

I have two cats as well.
Their names are Kaley and Sundayna.
My cats love to follow me everyware as well.
Kaley is the gralling and hissing cat but can be very sweet and she lays on top of my pillow sometimes. I love Kaley even though she can be sassy.
Sundayna is the sweet one who is like a rag doll when you pick her up.
She snuggles by me and may mom as well as Kaley.

I've always lived with cats while growing up as my sister Gwenda is a lover of all animals, but cats are her favorite.

Your cats have neat markings. I wonder how well they get along. I have 2 cats, separated in years as yours are, and the younger one wants to play, but the older one doesn't. Sometimes at night, it sounds like I'm in Africa with wild animals, as they fight momemtarily until the young frisky one leaves the older one alone. Most of the time they get along fine. I've had cats all my life too.
About 15 years ago I had 2 cats, a boy and a girl. At home, I used to say "here boy" or "hear girl", when I wanted them to come over to me. When I took them to the vet, and he asked me what their names were, it kind of stumped me. I never really gave them a name, other than "boy" and "girl". So, I told the vet, this is "Mr. Boys", and this is "Misses. Girls". He laughed and actually loved the names. Said he was so tired of hearing names like Fluffy.

I am new to the Wheel of Fortune website although I've been whatching Wheel on TV for years. Your cats are adorable. My cat Dorothy sleeps over my head. She's a tabby, squirrel grey in color. My husband says it looks like I'm wearing a coon-skin cap while I sleep!
