NEW YORK (January 31, 2020) – Sony Pictures Classics announced today they have acquired rights in North America, Scandinavia, India, South Africa, Benelux, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and worldwide airlines to THE HUMAN FACTOR directed by Academy Award®-nominee Dror Moreh (THE GATEKEEPERS, SHARON) and produced by Dror Moreh and Teddy Leifer (ICARUS, THE INVISIBLE WAR, THE INTERRUPTERS).

NEW YORK (January 28, 2020) – Sony Pictures Classics announced today they have partnered with Sony’s Stage 6 Films for the worldwide release of Heidi Ewing’s feature narrative debut I CARRY YOU WITH ME (TE LLEVO CONMIGO).  Co-written by Ewing (JESUS CAMP, ONE OF US) and Alan Page Arriaga, the film received multiple standing ovations at its Sundance Film Festival premiere in the NEXT section.  The film will be released later this year.

NEW YORK (January 27, 2020) – Sony Pictures Classics announced today they have acquired worldwide rights to THE TRUFFLE HUNTERS directed by Michael Dweck and Gregory Kershaw (THE LAST RACE), who also serve as cinematographers and producers. The film is currently screening at Sundance in the World Cinema Documentary Competition.

[Culver City, CA – September 27, 2019] Sony Pictures Entertainment and The Walt Disney Studios jointly announced today that Marvel Studios and its President Kevin Feige will produce the third film in the SPIDER-MAN HOMECOMING series, starring Tom Holland. The film is scheduled for release on July 16, 2021.  As part of the arrangement, Spider-Man will also appear in a future Marvel Studios film.  Amy Pascal will also produce through Pascal Pictures, as she has on the first two Holland-led films.
