Since the days of the Cold War, Russian-American relations had been so strained. In order to find the way out of this situation, the US Secretary of State arrives at a secret summit meeting in Moscow. However, the operation is in jeopardy. The leader of an international gang having access to classified information makes an attempt on the life of the US guest and kidnaps his granddaughter.
