In May of 2011, Neil Young drove a 1956 CrownVictoria from his idyllic hometown of Omemee,Ontario to downtown Toronto's iconic Massey Hallwhere he intimately performed the last two nightsof his solo world tour. Along the drive, Youngrecounted insightful and introspective stories fromhis youth to filmmaker Jonathan Demme. Demme, along-time fan and collaborator, captured these talesof Young's childhood and masterfully weaved themtogether with his mesmerizing music including liveperformances from the 2010 album Le Noise andpowerful renditions of classics including "Ohio",“Hey Hey, My My", "I Believe in You" and previouslyunreleased songs "Leia" and "You Never Call."Through the tunes and the tales, Demme portrays apersonal, retrospective look into the heart and soulof the artist.
