Teaming up with her mother Katarina (Laila Robins), Liz (Megan Boone) takes the next step to learn the truth about her and Red (James Spader). When their investigation sparks some uncomfortable revelations, Red kills Katarina, forcing a vengeful Liz to seek help from a series of Blacklisters – even with the FBI in pursuit. As the search allies her with everyone from bank managers who help criminals hide illicit assets and a translation service that shields their communications to a chemist who brokers chemical weapons, Liz redoubles her efforts to make Red pay. But when Russian crime lord Neville Townsend (Reg Rogers) looks to punish Red for destroying his family, Liz lands in his crosshairs, too. With Townsend closing in, Red promises to tell Liz everything in due time.
