• Sony Pictures Entertainment Spins A Web Over Hollywood For The World Premiere Of "Spider-Man: Far From Home"

    CULVER CITY, Calif., June 27, 2019 – On Wednesday, June 26, an 80-foot long Spider-Man inflatable swung over the red carpet as Sony Pictures Entertainment took over Hollywood Blvd. to celebrate the world premiere of Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Far from Home at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California. The event attracted 1,500 guests as well as thousands of fans who lined the streets to cheer on the film’s cast and filmmakers.

    NEW YORK – Sony Pictures Classics announced today that they have acquired all rights worldwide, excluding France and German speaking Europe, to Michael Angelo Covino’s THE CLIMB. The film premiered at the 2019 Cannes International Film Festival.

    Directed by Covino and written by Covino and Kyle Marvin, the film stars Covino, Marvin, Gayle Rankin, Talia Balsam, George Wendt, and Judith Godrèche.
