[Hollywood - December 23, 2014] Sony Pictures Entertainment today announced that The Interview will have a limited theatrical release in the United States on Christmas Day.

CULVER CITY, Calif., December 17, 2014 - In advance of Sony Pictures Entertainment's highly anticipated action comedy Pixels, in theaters July 24, 2015, the studio is teaming up with LEBLOX, the mobile pixel art app available in the iTunes App Store, to take audiences into the iconic pixilated world of videogame history featured in the film. The app launches today/recently launched, with Pixels as the exclusive US launch partner.

LONDON, UK, December 4, 2014 - 007 Soundstage, Pinewood Studios, London. James Bond Producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli today released the title of the 24th James Bond adventure, SPECTRE. The film, from Albert R. Broccoli's EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, is directed by Sam Mendes and stars Daniel Craig, who returns for his fourth film as Ian Fleming's James Bond 007. SPECTRE begins principal photography on Monday, December 8, and is set for global release on November 6, 2015.

Culver City, CA, November 26, 2014 - Sony Pictures Animation today announced the casting of Oscar®-, Tony-, Grammy- and Emmy-winning writer, director, performer, composer and producer Mel Brooks in the sequel to the 2012 worldwide hit, HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 2. Brooks has been cast in the role of Vlad, the ancient, undead and incredibly grumpy father to Dracula (Adam Sandler).

NEW YORK, November 17, 2014 - Starting today, the Citi Bike® program is getting a new shade of red. In celebration of the upcoming December 19th release of the highly anticipated motion picture Annie starring Jamie Foxx, Quvenzhané Wallis, Rose Byrne, Bobby Cannavale, and Cameron Diaz, 50 of the blue bikes have been temporarily turned red - Annie's signature hue. The red bikes will be launched today at the Citi Bike station at Broadway & 17th Street, Union Square. They will be available for all to ride within the Citi Bike system until December 29, 2014.

CULVER CITY, Calif., October 23, 2014 - Principal photography has commenced on the highly anticipated motion picture The 5th Wave, Columbia Pictures' adaptation of the bestselling young adult novel. The action-adventure film is directed by J Blakeson, with a screenplay by Susannah Grant, based on the book by Rick Yancey. The producers are Tobey Maguire, Graham King, Lynn Harris, and Matthew Plouffe. Denis O'Sullivan and Richard Middleton are the executive producers.
