CULVER CITY, September 7, 2023 – Sony Pictures Entertainment announced today that Andrew Reinsdorf will join the studio as Head of Global Public Policy & External Affairs.
Reinsdorf will lead SPE’s worldwide government affairs operations, overseeing the development and execution of the company’s government relations strategy, public policy, and public impact work, including SPE’s Corporate Social Responsibility team. He will report to Leah Weil, Senior EVP and General Counsel.

NEW YORK (April 27, 2023) – Sony Pictures Classics announced today that they have acquired worldwide rights (excluding the UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, and Latin America) to Pedro Almodóvar’s short film, STRANGE WAY OF LIFE, starring Ethan Hawke and Pedro Pascal. This follows the news that the short will premiere as an official selection at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
