• Culver City, CA [May 15, 2019] – It was announced today that Entertainment One (eOne) has come aboard TriStar Pictures’ Happiest Season and will co-finance the holiday-season romantic comedy.
    Additionally, TriStar Pictures has set a U.S. release date of November 20, 2020. eOne will handle distribution for the United Kingdom and Canada with TriStar Pictures distributing in all other territories.

The film is premiering In Competition at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival.

Under the exclusive new deal, Lord and Miller will develop live-action and animated series in both comedy and drama.

The program will collaborate with up-and-coming filmmakers to produce horror shorts with the primary goal of developing this new, original content into feature films. Scott Glassgold’s Ground Control will serve as producer on the proof-of-concepts and prospective feature adaptations.
